Berliner Kleinod
Pros:

Komfortables Zimmer in ruhigerer Straße mit bequemen Betten, Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad, dieses Mal leider ohne Kaffeemaschine. Dazu gibt’s ein vergünstigtes Ticket fürs Parkhaus.

Die Lage ist super, sehr gute Anbindung an den örtlichen Verkehr

Cons:

Das appartement macht einen abgewohnten Eindruck, die Dusche hatte starken Schimmelbefall, der wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes notdürftig ausgebessert. Wir wurden in einer dachstube untergebracht, beim aufstehen aus dem Bett stiess man sich den kopf an dem Gebälk an. Bei der Buchung wurden andere bilder eines normalen Zimmers gezeigt. Der Zimmerservice war unregelmässig obwohl täglicher handtuchwechsel angesagt war.
Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, ganz unschön fanden wir beim check-in den Versuch uns zum Frühstück zu bewegen durch "man könne ja über den Preis reden", ohne ein Angebot zu machen. Bei einem 11-tägigem Aufenthalt hätte man uns ggf. Überzeugt durch die Einladung zu einem einmaligen kostenlosen test.

Beliggenhed, dejligt værelse

Cons:

Kun slutrengøring ved afrejse, vi boede 4 nætter. Åbenbart betaling, hvis ønsket, under opholdet. Dermed ingen opfyldning af toiletpapir, håndklæder, kaffekapsler. Køleskabet på værelset fungerede ikke. Vi påpegede, men det blev ikke ordnet. Elevatoren var ude af funktion i 3 dage ud af 4. Vi boede på 5.sal.
Receptionisten var temmelig dårlig til engelsk.
Alt i alt skuffende. Men udsigten fra balkonen mod Kurfürstendamm var fantastisk. Værelset smukt indrettet, og sengen god.

Great location, good and nice staff, very helpful.

The rooms are ok, not really new. We got a widow for the backyard, so it's a bit hard to be with an open widow.

Njöt av området och trivdes på hotellet!
Pros:

Charmigt hotell i gammal byggnad. Bra läge vid tunnelbana och inte långt till S-bahn. Bra och generös frukostbuffé. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående.

Cons:

Hissen var trasig så det blev till att gå tre trappor med tung väska. Väldigt mycket sirener och annat gatuliv på kvällen - men det är normalt om man bor mot Kurfürstendamm! Säkert lugnare mot gården.
