Wiederholt ist es mir bei Buchungen via EXPEDIA passiert, dass der Reisepreis nochmals in Rechnung gestellt werden sollte (trotz Vorkasse). Jedesmal wird lange gesucht bis am Ende ein Zahlungseingang gefunden wird. Unangenehm und zeitraubend. -
Die in der Buchung angegebene tägliche Zimmerreinigung wurde leider nur an 2 von 3 Tagen erledigt. Wurde auch nicht nachträglich erledigt; aber ein Handtuch wurde ausgehändigt. Ansonsten war es in Ordnung - ein paar freundliche Worte vom Personal wären sehr wünschenswert.
Bei der Abreise wieder Diskussionen wegen der Rechnung an der Rezeption und keine Frage, ob alles in Ordnung war. Man reist gerne wieder ab.

Perfect position for my short stay in Berlin. Ubahn 1 minute walk & 100 & 200 busstop 5 mins. Friendly & helpful staff & good selection at breakfast bar very reasonably priced.

Pros:

Dette er et fantastisk hotel lige midt i det hele.
Eneste problem er at der er en lille million spejle og lige så mange trapper.
Bestemt ikke egnet for folk uden klatterevner.

Hotellet ligger godt og sengen er god ig det er nydeligt indrettet, men der var mange trapper. Personalet i receptionen var ikke særligt hjælpsomt. Stuepigen dog fin. Balkonen var hegnet ind på grund af duer sikkert. Læselampen ved sengen var så lavt placeret at man ikke kunne læse i sengen.

Sprucket toalettlock. Skräp under säng och soffa. Ingen städning vid en av dagarna. Oväsen på innergården. Tre gäster men glas till två och kaffe till två den första dagen. Därefter inget kaffe alls.

Pros:

Jättefint ställe och vänlig och serviceminded personal. Fantastisk frukostbuffé! Ligger väldigt fint och lugnt och nära till alla typer av kommunikationer. Vi kommer att bo här igen!

Es war genau das was wir wollten.
Ein Hotel mit Charme, sehr sauber, das Frühstück wunderbar, das Personal immer freundlich und kompetent.
Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

Pros:

Der Fahrstuhl war nicht vom Eingangsbereich zu erreichen,weil noch die Treppe ein Hindernis. Auch die Aufteilung ,wo welche Etage mit den zimmern ist war nicht so gut beschrieben.
Ansonsten ist es ein schönes Hotel am Kudamm
