Die Lage, das äußere Erscheinungsbild.

Cons:

Die innere Struktur des Hotels, man verlief sich in den langen, schlecht beschilderten Fluren und Etagen auf verschiedenen Ebenen.
Sehr altmodisches Innendecor, besonders im Frühstücksraum.
Hässliche Rezeption. Erster Eindruck!!

Hervorragende Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Sehr hübsches und gepflegtes DZ. Ausgesprochen ruhig für diese Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert! Gerne wieder!

Cons:

Éjszaka nem lehetett aludni, nagy volt a zaj, tombolt az aranyifjúság.
Nem volt klima, zárni kellett az ablakot a zaj miatt.
Nem adtak kulcsot a beépitett hűtőszekrényhez

Parcheggio Moto falso!
Pros:

L’hotel si trova in una struttura storica in una posizione molto centrale comoda per visitare la città. Purtroppo, però, la gestione del parcheggio per le moto ha reso il nostro soggiorno decisamente meno piacevole.

Ci era stato detto che potevamo arrivare davanti all’hotel e che ci avrebbero dato indicazioni per parcheggiare la moto in un garage convenzionato. Siamo entrati nella zona a traffico limitato e abbiamo scaricato la moto e chiesto immediatamente informazioni per il parcheggio.

Una volta arrivati al garage indicato, però, la sbarra non si è aperta perché abbiamo scoperto che le moto non potevano parcheggiare lì. Di conseguenza, siamo stati costretti a lasciare la moto in strada, sotto la pioggia, per tutta la notte. I soli due parcheggi dedicati alle moto erano già occupati e, non avendo alternative, abbiamo parcheggiato accanto all’ultima moto negli spazi dedicati.

Il mattino seguente, dopo aver camminato con le borse per mezzo km, abbiamo trovato, oltre alla moto bagnata, una multa.

Riteniamo che non sia corretto confermare a un ospite un servizio di parcheggio per la moto che, di fatto, non è disponibile. Sarebbe stato sufficiente fornire informazioni chiare e corrette in anticipo, così da poter organizzare diversamente.
