Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Altstadthotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstückbuffett war reichlich und auch gut. Unser Zimmer war mit Blick auf den Innenhof, was uns nicht gestört hat, weil es angenehm ruhig war. Was ich besonders erwähnen möchte...ich hatte meinen Ring, welcher einen materiellen, vor allem ideellen Wert hat, im Zimmer liegen lassen,was ich nicht sofort bemerkte. Jedoch wurde ich unmittelbar nach unserer Ankunft zuhause telefonisch informiert, daß der Ring von der zuständigen Reinigungkraft gefunden wurde. Herzlichen Dank für soviel Ehrlichkeit, auch für den überaus freundlichen Kontakt der Rezeptionsleitung und Unterstützung bei der entsprechenden Rücksendung. Schon allein, das ist ein besonderer Grund wieder zu kommen, wie ich finde.

Insgesamt gutes Hotel, bei der Sauberkeit in Zimmer und Bad ist noch Luft nach oben

Cons:
