The service had a mini toothpaste
Being lied to about a pool... and thought in ohio it was odd to pay 3$ more for a smoking room but paid to find out what I already knew. The beds were not the dirtiest but definitely not clean. But hey at least this hotel i didn't see roaches in, so I guess there is that.
Great location and one of our rooms was clean & well lit. Was inexpensive!
Did not feel safe, felt like a lot of addicts or low income people living there. When maintenance came in for a problem with toilet while we were gone during day, they left our room propped open with all of our items available for anyone to steal! The second room we booked was dark and dirty and a/c never worked or was fixed even after complaining. Breakfast was awful with nothing stocked.

Hotel room closet door broken, air conditioner didn’t work well. Alarm in hallway went off twice in the middle of the night. Hallways was hot and smelled like marjuiana . Staff rude. Breakfast was poor
It had a bed.
The room had no towels and no extra toilet paper. It’s like they cleaned and didn’t replace anything. And the front desk clerk was a rude nasty individual. I do not remember her name…but she was incredibly rude. Will not stay here again.

The overall room wasn't clean. There was cigarette smoke in the building.I will not book again.
The staff is excellent and they listened to my needs quite well. All questions were answered timely and helped me get supplemental room items that I needed such as a flat iron box to iron my clothes for the next day. The staff also helped switly in extending my stay upon request with no hiccups.
There is the smell of smoke within much of the building especially as soon as you enter the building and walk all the way to your room. The alarm system of people smoking in their rooms is too loud too, it wakes you up too early should the guest next door misbehave and smoke in their room. Felt like boot camp again for that morning alarm. Otherwise, nice place.

staff was rude at check-in. I paid for 2 rooms they wouldn't allow my guest to pay the deposit. I won't stay at another super8
This was one of the wildest bait and switch moments of my entire life. We made a reservation through Expedia and had a long drive before I could arrive at 3am. I guess the staff decided to cancel my reservation as part of their nightly “audit”. So when I arrived they said “we canceled your reservation” when I asked why they made up a story about trying to call me and my card getting declined. I showed them my phone records and asked to see theirs if they aligned. They then proceeded to take the next hour (3am mind you) seeing if they are allowed to let me book a room for tonight. The manager “obliged” and offered me a smaller room with 1 less bed at a 50% markup for both nights. I asked if I can just have the price that I made my reservation in and they said they could not.
Incredibly predatory behavior and I plan to take legal action, but do not book with them. I saw they canceled 2 expedia and 1 booking.com reservations that same night to try the same markup for their profit.
