I always choosing Neringa hotel for my stay in Vilnius. Best location. Always very clean. Comfort beds. Comfort bath. Nice staff. If they have possibility always upgrading. And of course - restaurant with amazing food.

Cons:

Bij de boeking was de prijs het dubbel van anders. De reden hiervoor ken ik niet, maar ik heb dit over het hoofd gezien, dus eigen schuld. Maar bij een dergelijk hoge prijs zou je toch meer verwachten. Was het wegens de vele hotelgasten die dat weekend geboekt hadden? Bij het ontbijt was het meer dan druk met als gevolg zeer lawaaierig, aanschuiven in de te kleine ruimte, wachten totdat bepaalde produkten werden aangevuld. Bij een dubbele prijs zou je toch meer service verwachten, maar ik had de indruk dat de deze minder dan normaal was. Wie de hoge prijs heeft vastgesteld (hotel of Booking) weet ik niet, maar ik zal in de toekomst dubbel attent zijn om niet meer in de val te trappen. Persoonlijk vind ik zulke verdubbeling oplichting: meer vragen, minder geven.

Pros:

After a very long time travelling through the hotels I slept like a baby on comfortable matress and low pillows!
Everything is new, clean as well, helpfull staff.
Liked renovation decisions from old to new, leaving some old details, paintings, etc.

Cons:

Higher price because of the concert.

Sugadinta asmeninė šventė

Viešbutis yra geras ir švara ir aplinka viskas yra gerai, ir šį viešbutį renkamės ne pirmą kartą, tačiau visa integruota papildomų paslaugų rezervacijos vidinė sistema veikia blogai arba dirba aplaidūs darbuotojas, kurie nesugeba sužiūrėti užsakymų:(

Cons:

Šį kartą viešbutį rezervavome tik dėl asmeninės šventės, kuri turėjo vykti restorane “Neringa”. Staliukas keturiems asmenims buvo rezervuotas ir rezervacija patvirtinta 20 valandai daug anksčiau.
Atvykę, ant restorano durų pastebėjome užrašą, skelbiantį, kad restoranas užsakytas ir vyksta privatus renginys. Pasidomėję, kas vyksta ir pateikę savo stalelio rezervacijos dokumentą, iš administratorės teišgirdome : “ apgailestaujame ir atsiprašome”. Mūsų nuostabai nebuvo ribų, kada suvokėme, kad tiesiog mus apgavo!!!!
Dar blogiau, kai kaip kompensaciją pasiūlė išgerti gėrimų už sugadintą vakarą, čia pat prie vestibiulyje esančio baro, vietoje užsakyto staliuko keturiems legendiniame “Neringos” restorane.
Tikrai tai didelė viešbučio administracijos klaida, kurios neįmanoma pamiršti.
Šio viešbučio duris uždarėme amžiams ir daugiau niekada čia negrįšime, nes ŽMOGIŠKOJO FAKTORIAUS ČIA NERASTA:(

אם ארוחת הבוקר לא תשתפר לא נחזור למלון הזה
Pros:

המיקום פצצה במרכז העיר אבל הארוחת בוקר לא בהלימה למחיר ממש פשוטה .
ביקשתי שיכינו לנו חביתות טריות (הייתי ב 3 בתי מלון בליטא) כולם הכינו טרי באהבה פה עיקמו את הפרצוף ולא רצו להכין
החדר מצויין וגדול

Very pleasant!
Pros:

The entire stay was pleasant, the staff was helpful and friendly, the parking was directly accessible. Old town in walking distance! Breakfast was good!

Cons:

Temperature of the Lobby was far to cold in comparison of the general temperature of the hotel.
