Pros:

Le stanze nella norma, un tempo forse gli ambienti erano migliori. Nei corridoi gli intonaci sono leggermente deteriorati...

Cons:

Il secondo giorno di permanenza c'è stato un sovrannumero di persone alla colazione e il personale non riusciva a gestire il tutto.... Macchinette del caffè non funzionanti e solo dopo diversi solleciti si è risolto. Il personale era in sovraccarico di lavoro!!!

Pros:

Camera comoda, ma inusuale, considerato che dietro dei pannelli che sembravano sportelli dell'armadio, si "nascondevano" lavabi e piastre sporche ed in disuso.

Cons:

Primo giorno colazione al piano 7, senza lode e senza infamia, non certo da hotel a 4 stelle.
Secondo giorno, scopro dopo aver raggiunto, senza non poche difficoltà il piano 7, chiedendo ad un manutentore..., che la colazione si svolgeva al piano terra. Caos inimmaginabile per fare la colazione (peraltro pagata a parte), con assenza di posate, code infinite per una specie di cappuccino, macchinette distributrici prive di prodotti di rifornimento, camerieri in numero insufficiente. NESSUNA INFORMAZIONE O CARTELLO dava informazioni differenti da quelle avute all'accoglienza che prevedeva la colazione al piano 7.
Ascensori lentissimi e tempi di attesa sia all'interno che all'esterno dell'ascensore.
Bagno scomodo, e saliscendi della doccia del bagno, difettoso, che dirigeva il getto dell'acqua in ... orizzontale, anzichè sulla persona.

Pros:

Prostorný pokoj a balkon

Cons:

Staré vybavení, pokoj 563 je vybydlený, proležená matrace, nefungující ventilace a topení (jo, v noci byla chvilku zima). Zatuchlý silný zápach i na chodbě (jeden den mi bylo z toho na zvracení). Rozhodně neodpovídá standardu 4*. Z nepochopitelných důvodů sice konvice s čajovým servisem na stole, kde není ani zásuvka. Koupelna špinavá, dveře uhnilé. Do centra počítejte zhruba hodinu MHD (autobusem na Lorentinu - konečná metra). Na snídani jsme objevili plíseň v dávkovači marmelády, po upozornění personál vyměnil. Ostatní jídlo bylo v pořádku (žádné střevní potíže), káva nic moc teda.

It was of good value.
Pros:

Breakfast was very well done! The bed was very comfortable however it may have been nice to have one big bed in place of 2 smaller ones pushed together, but it was good. The room could have been in better repair. Some wood rot on the door near the bottom dark tile grout could have been cleaned a little better.

Cons:

Pokój na pierwszy rzut oka okej. Skusiła nas dobra cena, ale za to mieliśmy.. Grzyb na ścianie, brak zakrętki w zlewie, przez co mogłoby tam wpaść coś np pierścionek kolczyk etc. Hotel zdecydowanie nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki, myślę że wymaga dość sporego odświeżenia. Szafa która nie miała klamek, ogromny grzyb i uwaga ŚMIECI w pokoju to coś co absolutnie nie powinno mieć miejsca nawet przy hotelu 1 gwiazdkowym. Polecam personelowi dokładnie sprawdzać czystość pokoi.. dodatkowo tuż nad łóżkiem znajdował się jakiś czujnik który cały czas świecił i migał w nocy przez co nie można było spokojnie usnąć, to bardzo uciążliwe. Wszystko słychać zza ściany. Korytarze hotelu też wymagają zdecydowanie odświeżenia. Myślę że hotel ma potencjał jeśli ktoś go wyremontuje. Pan na recepcji miły. Lokalizacja całkiem ok jeśli chodzi o obrzeża.
