We had both dinner and breakfast at Heather's. EXCELLENT!!!!!! Front desk staff were very helpful.

Location, location, location. Good restaurant in hotel.
Pros:

The location is great. Walk down the driveway to the slopes and the buses stop at the front door to Aspen & all the other ski areas. The hot tub is huge and nice pool and great sauna & gym.

Cons:

The bed & pillows could be better. It’s getting renovated this summer.

The bar/restaurant area was nice.

Cons:

Te room, lack of illumination, carpet dirty, few towels had to request more, no water or drinks and snacks available in the room fridge, no room service, toilet was clogged

Pros:

Very nice setting.

Cons:

Very dated in the rooms. Starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Traffic is horrific in the area.

The soured face staff was arrogant and rude during checkout.
Pros:

Shuttle bus picked up was great, arrived late night, driver was prompt and friendly.

Cons:

The staff was unfriendly when check out, no greeting and he didn’t even looked at guest, rude.
