Great staff, nicely appointed rooms, friendly and welcoming

Very nice, attention to detail throughout.

The breakfast was good. The ambience was too. The fresh baked cookies were good too. The fragrance in the office was SO pleasant. The shower soaps were nice. When we had a problem, the staff fixed it immediately.

Location was ideal. Beautiful decor. Very nice bedding. Tasty warm cookies and lovely breakfast basket delivered to the room.

I had an excellent experience at Le Petit Pali Brentwood, and a big reason for that was Andrii, the Front Desk Supervisor. From the moment arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive.
Andrii went above and beyond to make sure everything about my stay was smooth and comfortable. He handled requests quickly, answered questions thoroughly, and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stand out.
It's rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such warm hospitality. Andrii truly represents the high standard of service at Le Petit Pali Brentwood. I highly recommend this hotel, and I sincerely appreciate the exceptional service he provided.

If you're looking for an alternative to outdated, impersonal hotels with uncomfortable accommodations and poor service, this is for you. Le Petit Pali was perfect in every way -- from the charming inn to the comfy rooms, the walkable neighborhood, and the second-to-none service.

I’m a loyal patron of Palisociety, beginning with Palihouse Santa Monica and I've enjoyed stays at Palihouse in Santa Barbara, and now more frequently at Let Petit Pali in Brentwood.

What brought me most recently to Petit Pali Brentwood was the birth of my grandson. What made the week even more exceptional was the ABOVE AND BEYOND treatment provided by Hector and his team. I’ve gotten acquainted with Hector, Andre and the crew over my various stays. Not only did Hector waive me in with an early check-in, once he became aware of my new grandson, he upgraded my room, and sent me a wonderful welcoming treat. As I expressed my appreciation and showed off a photo of my grandson, Hector framed it as a gift (below) and placed it in the room during my stay! What a joyful surprise to find on my return to the room that evening!

It was not only a generous gift, it was incredibly personal, thoughtful and wildly unexpected. As you can imagine, it made my stay that much more special!!!

As a former CEO of numerous businesses, I’m s huge believer in the importance of delivering the highest quality customer service and prioritizing putting the customer at the center!

As a longtime fan of other properties in the portfolio, this was my first visit to the LPP Brentwood and it was gorgeous! From the breakfast baskets, to the beautiful room w/ pet-friendly accommodations and relaxing garden area, I enjoyed every minute. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, especially Hector, Andrii and Luis. I look forward to staying there again soon!

I went to visit with a colleague who had come to town on business and was staying here in a suite toward the back. It was like a little one bedroom apartment off a charming courtyard - a perfect set up for meetings, staying and socializing. The staff I encountered was very helpful and the location - though kind of residential - is close to everything. I’ve lived in LA for 20 years and don’t know this place was a hotel. Next time I have friends in town I will totally recommend it.

The hotel is fantastic! Whether you’re staying for work or pleasure, this place is an A+. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and I will definitely be returning. Special shout-out to Hector!

Le Petit Pali is a favorite!!!!! Seriously could not have more good things to say. The attention to detail in terms of both appearance and service always blows me away. Hector is the most sincere person, he and his staff are amazing and always help us out when we’re in town on business.

I like the location in Brentwood. But be advised it is right off of a busy street. So it can be noisy. But it does quiet down at night. Some of the rooms are quieter (the suites). The management was very helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast in the room, or patio. Great that it has parking included. Nicely appointed rooms.

I loved my stay, absolutely no complains. The staff is so friendly and made this an enjoyable experience. The morning coffee and the basket is a great perk. I thought the room was so clean and the bed was super comfortable.
