Extremely pleasant staff.
Pros:

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very helpful, they all made us very comfortable. The breakfast was great. We come to plymouth every year and this will be ware we will stay.

Cons:

I can't say we disliked anything, but we didn't have the great view, however our friends we traveled with had an incredible view. Next visit we will request that location.

Pros:

After checking in and going to our room we found that it isn't what I reserved. Went back to the lobby and Mark straightened1 it out. We were charged more by the hotel than the booking quoted, but after a couple of phone calls it was straightened out. -

Cons:

The partial ocean view and the room.

Big room, clean, quiet and great setting & location!
Pros:

The location is perfect for downtown, short walk. In a lovely setting by a brook with lots of trees and green space. Didn't feel at all like a motel. The room was huge, clean, quiet, with a great deck and rocking chairs. Breakfast was basic but good - eggs and bacon.
