Pros:

The facilities were exceptionally clean. Everywhere was so maintained inside and outside.
Very nice breakfast.
Having laundry facilities was very nice. But perhaps you need to post operating times. My clothes got locked in the laundry room overnight!

Cons:

Just not posting operation time of laundry facilities.

Decent well equipped comfy room.
