The staff were very good and the hotel was very clean it was also in a good position and an easy walk to all the attractions of Plymouth.

It was a good room, there are better in the area for the price.
Pros:

Room was good, comfortable. I liked that it was tucked away and quiet, but everything in downtown Plymouth was accessible through walking.

Cons:

Little things needed to be fixed or upgraded. The faucet handle on the sink kept falling off, the toilet would run constantly, a couple of the lights wouldn't turn on. Nothing major, just a few little things.

Extremely pleasant staff.
Pros:

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very helpful, they all made us very comfortable. The breakfast was great. We come to plymouth every year and this will be ware we will stay.

Cons:

I can't say we disliked anything, but we didn't have the great view, however our friends we traveled with had an incredible view. Next visit we will request that location.

Pros:

After checking in and going to our room we found that it isn't what I reserved. Went back to the lobby and Mark straightened1 it out. We were charged more by the hotel than the booking quoted, but after a couple of phone calls it was straightened out. -
