Overall very decent, for what we needed for the night!
Pros:

It was spacious, and very clean.

Cons:

The elevator inspection was outdated, and the breakfast was ok. Could have had more creamer options for coffee, and the breakfast sausage was rubbery.

Great room in quiet but accessible location
Pros:

Huge room with 2 very comfortable queen beds and huge TV screen. Mini-fridge and microwave were 2 very useful features too, along with free-wifi. Very big bathroom with plenty of space to spread our own hygiene products, even if fine toiletries were also available. Plenty of parking space and a very quiet place. Just a short walk to the center of Plymouth.

Lovely place, great value, wonderful staff
Pros:

Quiet, great location, and super friendly staff
Room was spotless, and the bed very comfortable

Cons:

The HVAC cycled on and off frequently, May need to be checked, but this was of no concern as the room temperature was fine

Pros:

Great place to stay. This is our second time. The manager was warm, friendly , courteous and helpful. The room was great , the decor, the cleanliness and the beds were perfect. It was a very reasonable price and tge location was great. Sights and restaurants were walkable. I would definitely recommend it.

Wish we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

Our room was bright and clean. We had a comfy bed, sparkling bathroom, coffee maker, refrigerator, huge TV. The breakfast room was lovely, so many choices of food and drink. Brenda is a delight.

Pros:

I truly recommend this hotel it is beautiful, great location and they all are very friendly. i hope i will be back soon!

Cons:

The only complain is that for breakfast i wish they can have turkey stuffs not ONLY Pork. i Hope they take note about it and next time i can enjoy breakfast much better... overall everything was excellent.

Mixed experience with Friendly Front Desk
Pros:

Positive Aspects:
The front desk staff were consistently helpful, polite, and professional, which made check-in and communication pleasant. And we appreciated it.

Cons:

It took me a while to write this.
Concern:

1. On the first morning, the breakfast room attendant's demeanor demonstrated an unprofessional and discourteous manner. This contrasted sharply with the attendant on the following day, whose positive attitude and attentive service reflected a much higher standard of hospitality.

2. Our sleep was significantly affected by persistent noise originating from the room above ours (no room number) over two consecutive nights. The noise appeared to be caused by equipment operations and frequent foot traffic.
