Basic hotel, clean and safe but doesn’t offer much more.
Pros:

This hotel is in a good area of downtown SF, not far from Chinatown, and on the better side of Union Square. The rooms are modern and the bathrooms attractive and clean.

Cons:

My room was freezing cold, with no heat coming though the radiator no matter what I did. (I’m usually not cold, even in colder rooms.) I slept fully clothed one night. The elevator was rickety and jerked around in every direction. And there’s no housekeeping, even though I was there for three nights—no opportunity even for a new towel! Staff is very brusque: it may not be a luxury hotel but you can still treat your guests like you aren’t miserable when they arrive.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, chambre confortable, propre et assez grande, belle salle de bain, possibilité d’avoir du thé et du café a l’accueil.

Cons:

La décoration est vieille, il n’y a pas la possibilité de faire une lessive, pas de petit déjeuner.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location!
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable and provided a pleasant night’s sleep. Hotel is in Union Square right next to Chinatown entrance. Next door to a bar but we couldn’t hear all the street noise once inside our rooms. Very private.

Cons:

I was satisfied with everything at this hotel.

No AC. Does have ceiling fan so it was fine. The beds were kinda lumpy. But I slept well and my back didn’t hurt in the mornings.

Excelente opción. Para volver, sin dudas!
Pros:

Me pareció excelente opción precio/calidad. Si bien se nota que es un edificio viejo, las habitaciones están hechas a nuevas y modernas. Los espacios son cómodos y súper agradables.

La cama es cómoda, las toallas son buenas. Se puede abrir la ventana para ventilar!

Está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable. Incluso, te dan botellita de agua si pedís. También nos dieron 2 tragos de cortesía en un bar cercano, pero no llegamos a usarlos.

Cons:

El baño podría ser un poquito más grande. Aunque no es nada grave.
