I liked everything! Great location, very clean, comfortable bed, helpful staff. I would definitely stay again!

The atmosphere, the staff, the cleanliness are top notch.

Cons:

The bathrooms are a bit worn and could use a little paint. There wasn't enough bottled water in the room. There is tea and coffee, thank you for that. I liked it.

Nice but very loud
Pros:

The bed was large and comfortable, easy to check in and could leave our bags at the front desk whilst we explored sf. The location was also amazing

Cons:

It is SO SO noisy. The elevator sounds like someone is scraping chairs against the floor and it woke us up constantly. It is almost impossible to ignore and tune out. We paid for the deluxe room so definitely didn’t expect that….
