It was a very pleasant stay however, people contact would be preferred over all the texts or scans.
Pros:

It was very quiet, the room relaxing and well appointed.

Cons:

That we were expected to pay for parking. There was street parking but that was unnecessary since there were many empty parking spaces within the lot.

A lovely historical property, but a few challenges once we arrived.
Pros:

The hotel and property are historic and lovely. Rooms were okay.

Cons:

The woman at registration was brusk and flustered. To be fair, she was the only person checking people in. She seemed to be overwhelmed and bordered on being rude. She gave us a map of property, didn't mark where our room was, just a general area and it took longer than necessary to find our room. It was difficult to find lights once we were in the room and needed flashlight on our phones to find switches. Beds were uncomfortable, especially after a long drive and woke up sore. :(

My day was amazing and I will definitely be coming back again for brunch!
Pros:

This property was absolutely amazing! It was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant were very nice and I had a full gym. The mansion itself was stunning.

Disappointing. Wanted an historic room but got a newer add on and it was noisy.
Pros:

The main area is gorgeous.

Cons:

The room was noisy. There was a constant loud fan type noise that we couldn't figure out what it was.

Beat Place To Stay In San Jose
Pros:

To be honest I loved it all. From check in to check out it was amazing. The staff were so friendly. My kids loved the pool. The hotel was close to every place I wanted to visit. My favorite thing was the wall with the history and the beds. Omg the beds in the room were so comfy. Also the room was so beautiful.

El buffet de desayuno no vale la pena gastar 31 Dlls por persona por unos hotcakes duros, unos huevos revueltos medios crudos y sin sazón pero todo lo demás fuera de la comida del buffet excelente lugar, servicio de quienes nos atendieron volveríamos a quedarnos ahí
