Painfull but the receptionist helped me

My room had a damaged dangerous door and I had very bad injury from it the hotel is aware and I’ve emailed customer services just waiting on response

Facilities very poor.
Pros:

Wi-Fi was terrible. Couldn’t even get a signal in reception. Signal in bedroom non existent. Wi-Fi TOTALLY USELESS.

Pros:

The location for us was perfect, as we enjoy walking along the coast.
