I /we really enjoyed the relaxing stay with the all you can eat breakfast and evening meal, was totally worth it, gr

The hotel was very big
The car park was brilliant,
The room was great good size
Bathroom was ok

Cons:

This lets the hotel down
Being disabled the kettle was on a low table , which could easily be rectified by putting the tv on a bracket on the wall in the corner not flat , ( this suggestion makes it easier for both people to see the tv comfortably) then put the kettle on the table , the bathroom could do with a shelf above the sink, to put care products,

Pros:

I really liked the entertainment , the bar was well stocked service ok.
The pool is a bonus but the changing areas need an upgrade. Games room is really good for kids and adults too. Really useful garden out the back with lots of shade on hot days. The room was comfortable and clean though as many areas it needs a refurbishment. Very nice restaurant and breakfast room . Overall Very good value for money.

Cons:

Just needs refurbishment but understand the problem of funding such an improvement

Over all a pleasant stay and I had a great sleep. Staff on reception were brilliant.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and nice. Room was nice and quiet

Cons:

Only had one pillow could have done with another one plus the milk in the room passed its sell by date 2 months earlier.
