El personal es bastante pesado cuando se dan cuenta que uno no habla portugués, cosa que no me pasó en camboriu, acá se daban cuenta que no dominaba el idioma y dejan de comunicarse

A Localização é excelente.

A cama e travesseiros eram um pouco desconfortáveis, mas o que mais incomoda é que tem apenas um elevador por torre, então as vezes tem que aguardar um bom tempo para usá-lo.

Foi ótima. Bem tranquila e satisfatória.
Pros:

Amei a localização e o café da manhã. O quarto é ótimo, bem espaçoso! A atendente foi super atenciosa. O café foi servido às 4 horas da manhã, atendeu muito bem nossa necessidade, visto que nosso voo era às 6:30.

Cons:

Escolhemos o quarto que acomoda 3 pessoas. Tem 1 cama de casal e um sofá. O que deixou a desejar foi que não havia cobertor e travesseiro suficiente para 3. Apenas havia 2 travesseiros, uma coberta pra frio e uma comum em cima da cama. Na minha próxima visita vou pedir mais um travesseiro e mais uma coberta!
