Horrível
Cons:

Quarto sujo , urina no vaso sanitário, cabelos no chão . Roupa de cama suja, com cabelos e manchas . Cheiro ruim , mofo. Total falta de higiene. Solicitei limpeza e não fui atendida. Espero não retornar lá . E não indico para ninguém .

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Ótima localização, colaboradores muito prestativos, atendendo ao meu pedido de dispor de quarto amplo e arejado, com direito a vista para o Parque da Luz. Café da manhã com boas opções. Fizeram uma surpresa na Páscoa para as crianças, o que torna a estadia ainda mais gratificante.

Cons:

Não tivemos nada que desagradou no hotel. Mas vale anotar uma observação de dispor uma área para fumantes ou uma orientação para um local mais reservada do espaço de aguardar os carros. Para quem sai na porta e tem alguém fumando, fica um cheiro desconfortável.

Sempre tem gosto de quero mais!
Pros:

Localização fantástica para várias atividades sem carro, vista maravilhosa, equipe querida demais, principalmente do café da manhã, e o quarto é amplo, confortável e funcional. Cada vez que eu volto, lembro o porquê de eu gostar tanto de ficar lá!

La ubicación, la piscina y el desayuno

Cons:

Que tuve un pequeño inconveniente con la reserva y querían cobrarme un día más, a pesar que me habían confirmado el cambio de fechas. Al final lo resolvieron. Pero igual fue incómodo. Lo otro debería. Mejorar la actitud del personal. En recepción no todos tenían la mejor forma de ayudar, contestaban como si nos hicieran un favor y uno es un cliente y ellos prestan servicio. En el salón para desayunar la jefa encargada, siempre tenía cara de molesta, como que les llamaba la atención al personal de servicio, eso se hace en privado y no tenía actitud muy amigable que digamos.
Por lo demás las instalaciones estaban limpias y en buenas condiciones. A mejorar el olor del baño. Olía a humedad.

MAS DESSA VEZ FOI MELHOR EM TERMOS DE ACOMODAÇÃO POIS FICAMOS NA ALA NOVA COM VISTA PARA O MAR.

NÃO GOSTEI DA FALTA DE COMUNICAÇÃO ENTRE A RECEPÇÃO E A COORDENADORA DA COZINHA.
POIS COMO SOU RESTRITA A GLÚTEN, LACTOSE E AÇUCAR, LIGUEI NA SEGUNDA SENDO QUE EU IRIA ME HOSPEDAR NA SEXTA PARA PROVIDENCIAR ALGUNS ALIMENTOS DIFERENTES PARA MIM PARA NÃO FICAR SÓ NOS OVOS MEXIDOS MAMÃO E BANANA.

Como sugestão instalar sensor de presença na luz dos corredores, pois permaneciam ligadas durante a noite e passando luz ao quarto. Valor do estacionamento um pouco alto.
