Für einen Aufenthalt in Kiel kommt für mich nur das Hotel Birke in Betracht.
Pros:

Besonders der Restaurantbesuch am Abend und das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen haben den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Küchenchef Pierre Binder und sein Team zaubern kulinarische Köstlichkeiten mit regionalen Zutaten - ein Genuss. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und liest einem quasi die Wünsche von den Augen ab. Der Service ist insgesamt hervorragend.
