Für einen Aufenthalt in Kiel kommt für mich nur das Hotel Birke in Betracht.
Pros:

Besonders der Restaurantbesuch am Abend und das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen haben den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Küchenchef Pierre Binder und sein Team zaubern kulinarische Köstlichkeiten mit regionalen Zutaten - ein Genuss. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und liest einem quasi die Wünsche von den Augen ab. Der Service ist insgesamt hervorragend.

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen im Fischers Fritz war ausgezeichnet und das Personal in allen Bereichen auserordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Zur Zimmerausstattung hätte ich mir in einem Wellnesshotel eine Körperlotion und Hotelschlappen gewünscht. Auch zusätzlich verfügbare Handtücher im Spabereich wären schön gewesen.
