Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die zentrale Lage des Hotels – direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof, was für An- und Abreise wirklich ideal ist. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr positiv. Die Auswahl war hochwertig, die Brötchen und das Brot sehr gut und insgesamt hatte man nicht den Eindruck, dass viele typische Fertigprodukte verwendet werden. Besonders das Ei sowie die Fischplatte waren im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Frühstücksbuffets wirklich überdurchschnittlich gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gepflegt und punktet vor allem mit seiner hervorragenden Lage direkt gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof. Allerdings wirkt die gesamte Einrichtung deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Design, Badarmaturen, Beleuchtung im Badezimmer, Teppichmuster und Holzvertäfelungen erinnern eher an eine Zeitreise in die 90er-Jahre und sind aus heutiger Sicht nicht mehr wirklich zeitgemäß.
Für den aufgerufenen Preis steht die Ausstattung daher meiner Meinung nach nicht ganz in Relation. Die Lage ist definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt – wer jedoch ein modernes Ambiente erwartet, könnte hier etwas enttäuscht sein.

Parken 15€ pro Tag, geht gar nicht.

Sehr gute Lage

Ein sehr ausreichendes und gut sortiertes morgen buffet. Die Mitarbeiter,innen waren sehr aufmerksam. Die Garage kostet auch nicht so viel

Es könnte bei diesem Preis auch ein große Flasche sprudelwasser im Zimmer stehen .

My name is István Bardach, and my colleague was a guest at your hotel [insert stay dates, e.g., from February 20 to 22, 2026]. I would like to formally complain about an unacceptable incident at the reception desk that negatively impacted my stay.

I had previously submitted a request 2 times for my invoice via Booking.com. When I followed up in person at the reception, the staff were neither helpful nor kind. Instead, they became angry and reacted rudely toward me. I find this behavior completely unacceptable in a quality hotel in 2026.

As a guest, I expect professional and courteous service, especially for a simple request like this.

I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and propose a suitable resolution, such as providing the official invoice and a gesture of goodwill.

Hotel sehr gut, Parkplatz sehr schlecht.
Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war absolut Topp.

Cons:

Das Thema Parkplatz, dass ich soweit weg parken muss und dann die Rechung mit passenden Scheinen bezahlen muss, das geht gar nicht, jedesmal muss ich in einen Laden gehen und etwas kaufen damit ich kleine Scheine haben (pro Nacht 15Euro)
