Abandoned cars in the parking lot-flat tires. Room floors and surfaces soaking wet. Clerk said it was condenstion. Offered a new room but we opted for towels to dry everything. Continental breakfast was almost nothing. Morning clerk left a sign on the desk leaving their cell phone number to call if we needed anything. Towels were thread bare and dingy, yellowed. Toilet barely flushed. This place it the pits. Never again at a Quality Inn.

Rooms were shabby - would of taken very little maintained to make a huge difference in the appearance of these room - doors to the outside were not locked so anyone could walk in. Air conditioning worked but didn’t pull the humidity out of the room so everything felt damp.

There are too many mice there I know mice is hard to get rid of, but I can't stay in a hotel that has that many mice coming from room to room. Me and my husband moved twice and both times mice ran out of our room.

I was unsatisfied with the cleanliness and upkeep of my stay. I want a full reimbursement for how unsanitary my room was. I left a review on Google and they removed my review. I will not EVER GO BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Dear Quality Inn & Suites Management,
I am writing to formally report a highly unsatisfactory experience during my recent stay and to request a full reimbursement.
On the evening of July 3, my brother-in-law reserved a room for my wife and me, in addition to his own booking. We also had a separate reservation for July 4 through July 5, which was transferred to the same room (Room 235) upon arrival.
After settling in, we discovered serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. When we opened the pull-out futon, we found what appeared to be rat feces. Additionally, there were visible mold spores and burn holes in the bed linens. These conditions are unacceptable and pose clear health concerns.
I immediately reported the issue to the front desk. The staff member on duty responded promptly and came to inspect the room herself. While I appreciate her professionalism, she was unable to relocate us due to the hotel being fully booked.
To make matters worse, my brother-in-law, who had a separate room, also found rat feces in his bathroom. Furthermore, the pool was closed due to poor maintenance and lack of cleaning, along with other unspecified issues.
As an independent business owner and a former guest of your establishment, I am extremely disappointed in the condition of the property and the lack of proper upkeep. This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have encountered.
Given the severity of these issues, I am requesting a full reimbursement for both nights of our stay, including the room booked on our behalf by my brother-in-law. I also have photo evidence documenting the conditions of the room and would be willing to provide this upon request.

1/2 lights in Bathroom were not working
Breakfast could be better----coffee not good-----poor lighting in the serving area.

Little the most disgusting property I’ve ever stayed at. Bed bugs and filthy carpet.
My room was broken into as well.

Everything, female employee at the front desk was more concerned about smoking and hanging out with her friends. Screaming profanity at the front desk and being extremely rude. Won’t book again

Beds seemed to have been done in a hurry and not sure if the sheets were fresh. There were strands of hair under the sheets.
Restaurant / breakfast was not even up to the standard of a Soup Kitchen. Paper plates and cups, poor selection of food (bread, some apples, yoghurt and a waffle maker to make your own thing).

The air was kept off in the room and it was extremely hot and humid in the room when we arrived. The air conditioner was never able to catch up and it was a very unpleasantly hot night of bad sleep.
