At first no hot water and price shouldn’t be so high we’re living in hardship times

The tub had a mat that covered a very large rusty area. The blankets were badly stained. There was a leak from the upper floor

Several spots in the room were below standers old tape on plumbing tiles in bathroom broken, dirty ice bucket!, just not clean !

Clear your parking lot better. One pathway didn't work. Sidewalks were altmrast salted. Thank u . It was a God stay until we left. The parking lot issue. Her falling. No one asked if she was om. No one came to help. They said they seen her fall and laughed about it. Seriously?

My socks were filthy walking on the carpet in the room. People outside entrance smoking pot among other things. Internet did not work. Telephone in room was not connected because it didn’t have a cord to connect it. TV selections were sports and religious stations. Rotten fruit at breakfast area.

Room was full of bugs, no water pressure, exposed plumbing, ceiling ready to fall in. Front desk said their was nothing she could do. There was 3 couples in our group and all 3 rooms had bugs. We all packed up and left, Ask about a refund and was told she would let her manager know. So far we have not received a credit.

The Wi-Fi did not work, I was told they just upgraded that day and just didn't know how to help me

Went to breakfast 45 min before it ended and there was hardly any food- no bread, 2 danish, we scrapped the bottom of the dish for the sausage gravy. When we made a comment to the staff person her response was breakfast closes at 9:30- it was before 9 am. No offer of what would we like, or could she get something specific for us.

there was mold on the shower, bedbug stains on the bedding, the floor was incredibly greasy and dirty, and the fridge didn’t work causing food to spoil. i brought this up to the front desk who offered to sign me up for choice rewards and give 2000 points on my next stay. i guess that would have been cool had i actually received any inclination that that would happen. so far no text, no email, nothing to reimburse or make up for this gross stay.

Dark parking lot, wasn’t even asked for an ID at check in. Only person at the desk when I arrived at 5pm told me he didn’t work there. Maintenance man was very unkempt, had a horrible cough that I heard in the hallway all night long. Entire place smelled like cigarette and THC smoke. Homeless looking people were all around inside and out. Don’t stay here. Door didn’t seal in my room so noise and light all night long.

We have been staying for several yrs when we visit family and the past few times it is going down hill. It was dirty room wasn’t ready at 5:00pm. We left and came back. Numerous young adults behind counter putting on make up, young men with the girls hanging out behind counter, they had no idea what they were doing. This was the worst it has ever been we will not be staying here again. I can not believe young women and men behind the counter like it was a hang out. Very disappointing. Whichever one of these young people was working had not a clue as to what they were doing. I booked 2 king rooms and got 1 king and 1 double room. The bathrooms was horrendous dirty.
