Pros:

The location was very accessible to everywhere. The rooms are quite comfortable and big enough compared to other hotels in japan. We enjoyed the stay lot

Cons:

I hope theres laundry at every floor or at least gathered at a location. We have to travel up and down to find available laundry machine.

Great views
Pros:

I had a room on the 20th floor, which had fantastic views of Tokyo. The room itself was generously sized by Tokyo standards and the amenities were nice.

Cons:

Finding the front door can be a little difficult, especially during the reconstruction of Shibuya station - look out for signs in the shopping centre.
