If you need convenience with a view, this is the perfect place to stay.
Pros:

Overall this place is a 9.5/10.

Location: I absolutely love the location of this hotel. You're in the prime area of Shibuya. The station is a 2-minute walk. If you need any, you can find any store around the corner. The airport shuttle bus is located outside of the hotel and it makes everything convenient.

View: At night, when you take the elevators, you have a clear view of the infamous Shibuya crossing. The day and night time view were impeccable. At any window, you have amazing city views.

Service: The check-in and check-out process was easy. The staff were helpful despite the language barrier.

Cons:

Room: This is the downfall of the hotel. The size of the room is perfect for a single person or even a couple, but it does feel outdated and minimally maintained. There were questionable stains on the sofa couch and the safe does not work. It does provide a moody style, but it lacks proper lighting. Also, it lacks proper soundproofing. I would wake up in the middle of the night due to the sounds.

Superb location, comfortable rooms, and full of shopping and restaurants around
Pros:

The location is superb. The hotel is in the heart of the city, extremely close to transportation, in a shopping district and full of restaurants. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great.
