Pros:

You can’t beat the location

Cons:

The property is a bit tired particularly the bathroom. It’s a big hotel and very busy, wasn’t a fan of the self service screen check in after a very long flight. Given staff were available, an in person check in would be a lot more welcoming

Pros:

Fantastic location! Right in the middle of everything, attractions, train stations, bars, restaurants and a stop for the limousine airport bus!

Cons:

Not the easiest to find.

Best thing about the place was location however was a bit complicated getting to street level

Doesn't have enough signs showing direction to hotel from road to hotel.
Even from station below it's very confusing and difficult to get proper direction to hotel.

Great stay in Shibuya.
Pros:

Great location, great room, excellent selection at breakfast. The freshly made pancakes were excellent and the bread selection was exceptional.
Gym was adequate for a short run and was quiet.
I was on the 20th floor and had a great view, I could see the scramble crossing from my room.

Cons:

The entrance was being Renovated so it was hard to find the elevator to get in. The check in process was a bit chaotic with many people wanting to check in and the room not being ready. Plus the additional Tokyo tax was added on and payable upon check in. I was not anticipating that.
