Not worth the money - better options available for a fraction of the cost

The location is excellent on the Shibuya crossing; however, it is very crowded to get in and out of the hotel.

Cons:

The location is excellent, but the hotel is dated, and the in-house restaurant is overpriced and not very good. Breakfast is average; what should be hot food is barely warm. The experience does not justify the high cost of this hotel.

Great comfort and location with great staff

Location , access to train network, walking distance to attractions, hotel facilities, knowledgeable and very helpful staff and overall comfort

Cons:

I wish they washing machine and dryer would accept credit cards to operate as it only accepts 100 yen coins

The only good thing is the location

Ultimate convenience. Slightly pricey but for the convenience i would stay here again anytime.
Pros:

liked the convenience. it was near the train station and i could see shibuya crossing from my room window. The convenience beats everything.

Cons:

Didnt like the fact that the pillows are always flat and hard lol. but I think it seems to be a Japan thing...most of the hotels have similar pillows...
