Cleanliness
5.5
Multiple reviews report poor cleanliness: sightings of cockroaches and bedbugs, stained curtains and worn bathroom fixtures, and requests for deep cleaning/fumigation.
Service
9.6
Predominantly positive comments about very friendly and attentive staff and good reception/restaurant service, with a small number of reports about a rude receptionist and an isolated complaint about overcharging.
Location
9.8
Consistently praised as central and convenient (close to Macroplaza, Paseo Santa Lucía and downtown), cited repeatedly as a major advantage.
Room Quality
7.1
Mixed signals: comfortable beds mentioned but also problems with noisy/old air conditioners, low-quality mattresses in some rooms, and occasional water/electric outages and damaged fixtures.
Amenities
7.5
Some amenity problems reported (noisy/old AC units, poor TV signal, low water pressure in showers, dining area lacking AC), but general functionality otherwise acceptable.
Value for Money
8.5
Several guests mention good price and good value (special pricing during events); one extreme complaint about overcharging exists but the overall sentiment favors fair value.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Food receives strong positive feedback (good flavor/sazón for breakfast and meals), with multiple guests noting tasty and reasonably priced options.
Overall Experience
10
Overall stays are reported as very positive due to excellent location, friendly staff and good food, though notable cleanliness and some room-quality issues temper some guests' experiences.
