Francia Aguascalientes

Mi noche de hospedaje estuvo bien, sin embargo pedí una noche mas de estancia al momento del check-in me comentaron que SI era posible y al día siguiente me notifican que no y nos tuvimos que salir del hotel a otro hotel, supuestamente por que estaba "lleno" sin embargo cuando se pregunto me comentaron que si había espacio.

Place needs serious updating.
Noise filters thru doors.
No hot water.
Remove dated bulky old style TV cabinet.
Replace with larger flat screen.

Close to everything.

It was a good experience overall, facilities show their age but it’s reflected on price

Cama incomoda, puerta de baño no funciona, me quede atorrado, y el gym es horrible. Pero muy bonito, el hotel. Y muy burn servicio.

Aguascalientes is my hometown I am 82 years old and Hotel Francia has always been there.
The room was at 62 degrees, very cold form me, so they provided me with a blanket after I complaint three times.
The staff does not seem to know what they are doing; they were all giving me a different answer to the temperature issue.
Some days we would get only one bath towel, the next day no mat to step out of the shower and finally, no hand towel!

Hotel con inmejorable localización. Lo conocí hace muchos años y es un edificio muy bonito en Aguascalientes en remodelación porque es antiguo. Camas cómodas. El área de la ducha un poco oscuro

It is a great property to stay it is right in downtown shopping, reataurants within walking distance to everything. Excellent hotel

Muy buen servicio, sólo que siempre tienen ocupados los cuartos y luego es complicado poder conseguir uno pero siempre que he estado ahí de hecho siempre he llegado a ese lugar.

Hotel is great! Breakfast could be better.. food was cold. Only issue is the parking. Prepare yourself to wait 30 to 40 mins. For them to bring your car.

Great location but old hotel showing age, tiny elevators, self parking is three blocks away, great if you like exercising getting the car. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close and right beside the big square. Breakfast buffet was ok. 3 night stay on 7h floor, never did get a coffee maker in the room. It’s a 2.5 star at best.

I would give this hotel 5 stars for location. It was convenient to explore the historic center from the hotel. However, I found the hotel to be in poor condition. I had a leaky bathroom that maintenance could not fix after two separate tries. Yet, the room itself was clean and the staff was very friendly and ready to help.

A little outdated, our key cards had to be restarted every other time we went in which was an inconvenience having to go down everytime. Rooms were decent for a family. Staff was friendly and the location is great since it’s in the centre of Aguascalientes.
