Where to start. I saw that this place had just joined the Choice Hotel chain. I figured it must have been inspected and met their standards. It was probably the most disgusting, smelly, dirty hotel I have EVER stayed in. The ground in dirt around the perimeter of the carpets in rooms and public areas showed that it hadn't been vacuumed in years. Hair on sheets, leaks in bathroom, leftover stuff from previous guests, ice machine broken, caulking crumbled off in bathroom, rust on lamp base and it goes on and on. Luckily there was a Fairfield Inn right next door. I will never trust new hotels taken under the Choice brand; better yet, they may be off my rotation.

This place did not impress us. The elevator sounds like it is going to trap you in it at any point. The grout in the bathroom was disgusting.
Everything about this place was horrible. The bed was uncomfortable and loud, the bedding smelled like old greasy hair. The bathroom was disgusting; the toilet barely flushed and was stained. The shower head only had a turbo jet option, at least there was water pressure I guess. The floor and wall around the tub were dirty and damaged. The bathroom sink drain was super super slow. The toilet ran off and on all night long and the bathroom light was broken so you couldn’t shut it off. The area around the hotel was really noisy all night long. The only good thing about the place is there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. You do not want to stay here.
Nice hotel. Convenient location. Close to many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Alain and Matt (I believe his name was Matt- I think he was a night manager?) they are both wonderful. Excellent customer service!! These two individuals deserve a promotion. Some of the best customer service in hospitality. Thank you again for your help!

They moved rooms due current room wasn’t done, and they check me out themselves without my concern. Took my personal stuff out the room and rent out the room to someone else the day before my checked out.
Room had uncovered light fixture and cracks in tge drywall and water damage around the a/c unit there was garbage in the parking lot and halways the lobby smelled like clorine from the pool and the person at the desk was very unprofessional

On first impression room is spacious but then you notice the food debris along one side of the bed base that hasnt been hoovered up. The main light is missing with wires hanging out of the ceiling. No working extractor fan in the bathroom & it smells damp & mouldy. Reported the above to reception & the guy on his own advised housekeeping had gone for the day. He was busy & seemed stressed as lots of guests checking in & he couldn’t deal with our problems. In the end i asked for a hoover & cleaned the mess up myself but it shouldn't have been like that, a bit of attention to detail & giving your guests a comfortable stay is not hard! Spoke to a woman on reception before we checked out to let her know we had complained to Hotels.com & they were trying to get in touch for a refund. There was no apology offered, all she did was make excuses about why the light wasn't there like that was an acceptable answer or resolution. The bed wasn't comfortable & the room was hot. We did put the air con on but it smelt mouldy so we turned it off & opened the window. Breakfast wasn't brilliant either, not a lot of seats or options. This hotel could be so much better if they took the comments on board, made some improvements & actually delivered a caring service with staff that can clean properly. Also don't give every review the same bog standard response!!

The front desk staff person was very nice! The room, elevator, and other areas were not that clean and they are very skimpy on the towels and toiletries.
Room carpet was old and sticky and made socks dirty. I used this hotel because we needed the jacuzzi which was just a tub. My wife has hip dysplasia and we were here for a doctors appointment. It was a nice place but standards were low. I paid for the upgrade, but got a regular tub.
This is billed as a no smoking hotel, Well we had to change rooms because our first 4 smelled so bad.
The plumbing is NOT good for anyone over 60, No grab bars on tub/shower. The carpet was suspect. There was NO Security. The front door, was proped open all night. The front desk was often not staffed We had an issue with the key card. It only worked once, then we had to have a new one made, as the first one no longer worked.

I suspect a scam from the front desk people. I paid cash for a ice cream treat but then received a bank notification that my card had been charged. On checkout, I asked for a printout of my bill but they would not provide one, giving a lame excguse that it would be sent by Expedia. I am very skeptical of these people. Now I will have to go thru my bank to refute any incorrect charges.
Th hotel was very clean, the staff was really welcoming and nice. I’ll definitely be coming back 😊

Our room was pretty awful. Room 122 had mold in the bathtub. The jets didn’t work in the jacuzzi tub, there was a hole in the bathroom door and the paint is falling off.
