Nothing Better
Pros:

This was our honeymoon vacation and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The service that the hotel provides is impeccable. This has been by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in South Africa. We will be back.

We enjoyed the rich breakfast, location and positive attitude of the staff.
Pros:

The location was close to the promenade and the bus stop so it was great. There were shops and restaurants around as well. Breakfast was superb! Cleanliness is also a plus.

Cons:

The room was a bit small.

Room was too expensive for the price
Pros:

I booked for bed and breakfast but upon reaching there, they asked me to pay for breakfast. They offered refilled bottle water for free whereas mineral water was for sale. They also promised a free shuttle pick up but wanted to charge 600 Rand for it

Cons:

They charged for everything including drinking water

The breakfast was nice, the restaurant staff were friendly, the location was good for exploring Cape Town.

Cons:

The communication in general was pretty poor - they ignored several messages requesting to book the airport shuttle, and once they did finally book it they failed to pass on our flight number to the taxi driver despite me providing it 3 times. We also had a hygiene issue in our room which they did apologise for but was still quite disappointing from a 4 star hotel.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to loads of restaurants/cafes round Seapoint and the very close to the beach. Amazing staff, very friendly and attentive. Room was big enough and kept very clean. There were also 2 amazing restaurants linked to the hotel.
