Comfortable hotel, small rooms
Pros:

Protea Hotel Seapoint was built in 1961, renovated in 2013, and offers 124 rooms over 6 floors. At walking distance you have beach, chilly Ocean and the promenade. Furnishings and decoration provide a nice atmosphere. Service is friendly and helpful. Street parking is free and the hotel parking is charged. Our standard room had desk & chair, tea & Lavazza, airco & fridge, wardrobe & safe, a good kingsize bed and a small balcony. We had a small bathroom with washbasin, shower & toilet. All was very clean. A good buffet breakfast is served: eggs made to order, cold cuts & cheeses, breads & toast, cereals & fruits, milk & yoghurts, juices & preserves, rolls & croissants, tea & coffee. Protea Seapoint is a comfortable hotel and we had a good stay. Recommended.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Amazing service received all round, receptionist was friendly snd welcoming, food was amazing and the spa was out of this world, therapy room, warm and welcoming, therapist runs you through and makes you comfortable ill definitely visit again, relax and rejuvanate is my new go to

It is what you expect from a Protea. Nothing less, nothing more.
Pros:

The room was very basic and not really spacious, but had all the basic things needed. The location is excellent and allows you to have many options within walking distance... beach boardwalk, restaurants, bars, etc.
Breakfast was just ok.

Cons:

The bathroom door was a sliding door with no sealing to the room.
The balcony, despite being theoretically a nice thing, had nothing, so it became basically useless - except to go outside and take a picture. It would be nice to have at least a chair and a small table so sit outside and enjoy the weather.

Welcoming
Pros:

As soon as I entered the hotel I was greeted with warm welcoming smiles😊
It felt like I know everyone and it was my first visit to the hotel and I went there for a spa treatment
Even after the spa treatment I was offered drinks /sweets with the same courtesy as I walked in
I think this hotel is going to be my hangout spot this coming summer 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼

Relaxing experience
Pros:

I recently had a massage at Relax and Rejuvenate, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed to help you unwind the moment you arrive. My therapist was professional, attentive, and took the time to understand my needs before the session began. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and helped relieve a lot of tension in my muscles. I will definitely be returning for another treatment.

Hotel Spa
Pros:

Relax and Rejuvenate has by far the best masseuse with affordable prices. I work remotely, and my poor posture causes bad back pain. My masseuse, Talita, was by far amazing with her "Thermal palms" I call it, the ambience was amazing and i received such a warm welcome with friendly smiles, I'll definitely go back again

Hotel was good from the staff to the place in a whole however the highlight was the Relax & Rejuvenate spa inside the hotel. From the moment I arrived , the lady made me feel welcome and completely at ease. The atmosphere was calm , relaxing and beautifully maintained. My treatment was exceptional and I left feeling refreshed , rejuvenated and stress-free. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a peaceful escape and top quality service especially after a 14 hour flight
