Cons:

Siamo arrivati alle 9.30 e abbiamo dovuto attendere fino alle 14 per sapere se potevamo posteggiare l’auto e se potevamo accedere alla spa. Credo che la struttura sappia chi entra e chi esce dall’hotel e dalla spa, mi sembra assurdo dover aspettare quell’ora per potersi organizzare la giornata.
Siamo stati alla spa e purtroppo il servizio non è all’altezza di un 4stelle, la sauna non funzionava, l’acqua della piscina non era calda ed in generale c’era freddo e un odore un pò sgradevole, ma abbiamo comunque pagato la tariffa intera.
Mi dispiace tanto perché abbiamo scelto questo albergo senza pensarci un attimo, da sempre abbiamo alloggiato qui nei nostri week end a Rapallo, ma questa volta non siamo tornati a casa soddisfatti!
