Should have stayed elsewhere
Pros:

Property location is good . However , did not like the property

Cons:

1. No kettle provided in the to have your morning tea or coffee or hot water
2. Work was going on and the the noise was bad and although they mentioned it at time of the check in, i fail to understand as to why they did not change my despite asking for a change
3. Breakfast was okay but again not tea available ( sachets )
4. The bathroom knobs were too tight and confusing
5. The balcony was a small niche where the AC outside unit was installed thus throwing hot air at that balcony
6. The AC wad too old and the remote did not work till u held it up near the AC unit

Excellent room and comfy bed, reasonable breakfast and poor gym with confusing opening hours.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and big bedroom.
Water pressure was also fantastic. The room was really good.

Cons:

Gym times: why does a gym have to open at 06h00? It should be 24h, as people work in different time zones. Aditionally, what staff tells does not reflect reality. All one needed was to ask for the key at the reception and you could access it earlier, they just did not say. Anyway: Gym's should be 24h.

Breakfast: offer is good, but the breakfast room is old and unpleasant, making you wanting to leave in 10 minutes;

Pros:

Spacious and bright room, good air conditioning system, convenient space for storing luggage, and a small sofa with a coffee table—handy for using a laptop. Spacious bathroom and large shower.

Cons:

It is completely unacceptable that it wasn't disclosed beforehand that the hotel is undergoing major renovations, with constant noise from the dismantling of floors, furnishings, etc. This is happening on July 30, 2026... We changed rooms twice, but every floor we were assigned is under construction.

Pros:

Apenas do check-in, atendimento.

Cons:

Péssimo custo benefício. Porta do banheiro não fechava. Café da manhã sem funcionário para atendimento e oferta de alimentos de baixa qualidade. Ex: o café oferecido era de garrafa e a máquina de café da manhã do hotel era desligada no momento do café da manhã. Não voltarei e não recomendo.

A localização ótima, ducha maravilhosa, quarto com varanda, silencioso e espaçoso.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto e o café da manhã deixou a desejar.
Café da manhã com pães e bolos secos.
Limpeza do quarto bem precária. As camareiras arrumavam a cama e pegavam o lixo do banheiro. O chão continuava sujo e os móveis empoeirados.
