Very good, would return if in the area
Pros:

Clean, stayed on top floor. It was quiet. Close to downtown Napa and the concert venue we attended

Location to Napa Wine Train and Black Bear din e r right across the street. Hot tub and indoor heated pool were enjoyed very much too. Staff SO HELPFUL/NICE.

Godd experience, would book there again
Pros:

Really loved Gillian at our check in, and with other request. Very knowledgeable and friendly. It's rare to have such a great experience with staff these days. A+++++

Cons:

The breakfast area was pure pandemonium. Couldn't get a table even though people had finished eating and were just sitting there chatting away, oblivious or just rude. Wasn't the staffs fault, but it that area is too small.

Safe , clean rooms , comfortable, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Rae and Gillian were superb staff that helped me check in. When I forgot my necklace they called me to tell me it was there and kept it in safe keeping.
