Nice facility. Breakfast had lots of choices to keep you going for the day. It worked for me.
Pros:

The location seemed more out of the hustle of the metro, so had to drive for something to eat when arriving late. Breakfast was very good.

It was comfortable and of good value for its location to the Des Moines Airport.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. There were the breakfast options that you typically find at a good value hotel.

Cons:

The location was a little farther removed from the airport than I prefer. Also, the amenities in the rooms were what I considered normal but of OK value.
