Pros:

My children and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and courtyard areas. Breakfast was great, our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable bed. Quiet

Cons:

Housekeeping only every 3 days. Bugs in room. Leaky shower. Ran out of towels. Had to call front office for daily Housekeeping.
1st morning scrambled eggs and biscuits run out—-front desk had to be called to refilled. Server did not wear gloves while squeezing eggs out of plastic sack.

Poor avaiability for communication with hotel and transportation.

When I made the reservation on line, I was told the shuttle ran every 30 minutes from the airport to hotel. After waiting one hour and a half outside, I tried calling numbers that were on my receipt. All I got was a reservation answering service. They could not find any of my information and just repeated recording. Had to research several areas and finally got the phone number of hotel in the Willow Creek area., Called them and was told they would pick me up in 20 minutes. 45minutes later, a van arrived. The driver was very nice ,and told me he was not their driver but they asked him to help out because it was so late. . Desk clerk said they only send transportation when called. The only early shuttle ran at 4:45 AM. No 24 hour coffee because it was empty when I got down stairs. Did get a cup to drink on the shuttle that left at 5:15. Have always had a coffee pot in my hotel rooms. Got in late, left early.

I would recommend to anyone who needs a good hotel near the airport
Pros:

Staff is extremely welcoming. Front Desk and Manager helped me to arrange pick up from rental car center.

Pros:

Always my favorite place to stay. Breakfast has the best selection around, and James is always the highlight of the morning.

Cons:

That there was no availability for a two day stay. Had to go elsewhere for the second night.

Cons:

Someone on the housekeeping staff is a thief, left a shirt in the room and called about it the next morning. Was told it was thrown out. I'm sure someone has a new beaded blouse.

Very clean and the facilities were well attended.

Cons:

I think it needs a refresh. It’s a bit worn down. While clean, remarkably so, the furniture is pretty worn.

Pros:

I didn't spend much time there other than the beds everything else was great, but I was there for the bed.

Cons:

Both queen size beds needed replace, they squeaked like old truck springs overtime you moved

Pros:

The staff was helpful, the store in the lobby was great, the airport shuttle was able to take us directly to the rental car place, the pool was large and nice, the rec room and arcade were a lot of fun for the whole family and breakfast was also good.

Cons:

It was further away from things than I realized.

this was the large room with a kitchenette. but NO kettle, NO toaster, NO hotplate... had to walk 5 minute return trip just to get hot water.
Breakfast was standard low quality USA hotel food with no nutritiion, no real milk, etc

Pros:

It was great because we were a few miles away from any type of stores. I had 12 kids with me so they didn't have any reason to go beyond the building. There was plenty to do inside with the pool, exercise room and arcade.
The breakfast was great and the space in the breakfast room was adequate as well. Rooms were nice and clean.
