The receptions are not professional
Pros:

İt is close to a metro station, the hotel is quite big and empty.

Cons:

The staff could not communicate in English, we made two separate booking for 3 days, and we wanted to ask if we could stay in the same room without check-out and check-in again. They could not understand our questions. During this frustrating situation, there was one young female receptionist kept laughing and whispering to the staff who was trying to help us, it didn't feel professional at all.
(Our problem was eventually solved by someone speaking Turkish to the reception.)

Spacious suite with comfortable spaces and great buffet breakfast.
Pros:

The suite was spacious with 2 bathrooms and a comfortable bed. The buffet breakfasts were wonderful and delicious. Room service was very good.

Cons:

The Air-conditioning was not working at all, meaning we had to open the windows to get some fresh air and buy our own mini fan. One of the nights there was a function outside our room with loud music playing until 1am which made sleeping impossible. We also had issues with our door lock on several occasions. Most days our room was not cleaned despite hanging the sign to.please clean the room. Also the gym equipment in the health spa was not functional. None of the machines worked even though they were plugged in to the power sockets. The indoor pool was very cold. I expected it to be heated.

Very good solution if you're crossing from Bursa
Pros:

Spacious and clean room and bathroom
Comfortable beds
Free parking
Very convenient location if you are just crossing from Bursa and don't want to enter the center of the city.

Cons:

We arrived late at night with a sleeping child and the staff was not very helpful (rather slow).
