Un accueil aux petits soins
Pros:

Le personnel est très souriant et très accueillant. J'avais une chambre côté rue, j'ai demandé à changer, il n'y a eu aucun problèmes.
L'hotel est à 3 mn à pied de la gare, c'est ce dont j'avais besoin.
Il y a un tram avec un arret devant l'hotel qui vous ammène directement à l'hotel.
L'hotel est vraiment très bien tenu.

Nuitée difficile à cause des bruits de canalisations. Mérite de renforcer leur insonorisation.

Hébergement propre et avec toutes les commodités sur ce point irréprochable

Cons:

Chambre petite et très mauvaise insonorisation. Nous entendions durant la nuit, les bruits des canalisations des douches par nos voisins et le tirage des chasses d eau. Mauvaise nuit de sommeil alors que la literie était confortable

On m’a attribué une chambre mansardée tellement basse de plafond que je me suis plusieurs fois cogné et blessé en me relevant !! Inadmissible pour les prix appliqués de votre hôtel étoilé !
