Staff was very friendly, helpful & polite

The room was good and spacious. The kitchen has a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave but no other cutlery’s. You can pick up from the front office if needed. They have good soap and shampoo dispensers which was awesome. The bed and the beddings were very comfortable. Overall I recommend this place for short or long stays.

Vegas is unfortunately not very dog friendly with the lack of grass but otherwise the property is very clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff. Well appointed room. Breakfast was plentiful and good variety. Breakfast staff kept the area spotless and helpful to guests. Very convenient location to restaurants and shopping.

Wish there would have been an upfront notice that we could not leave the dogs alone beforehand.

We didn’t appreciate having a jacuzzi in our room that we were unable to use. It would have been more practical for a couch for seating. The seating was limited to a single chair with an ottoman and a desk chair. In-room hanging out required one of us to sit on the bed to be comfortable.
The breakfast was good and convenient. The lady who ran the breakfast on the days of our visit was super sweet and made sure everyone had her attention. She also made sure the place was clean, as I watched her going around cleaning countertops and filling supplies and food. She was off on the last day of our visit, so we let her know we appreciated her on Sunday, which was her work Friday. We would look forward to seeing her there on another visit.

Love the place. I was traveling across country and this was one of the best hotels I stayed. The energy of the room was delightful, clean, specious and comfortable. Mary Rose in the front desk was a gem! .Great area to be if you want to be close to grocery shops like trader Joes and wholefoods. Also, you can walk to restaurants at night and it felt safe.

The hotel was nice and clean. Overall I was happy. Would have given it 5 stars and a perfect review but I requested a rollaway bed. I was approved for it and received the confirmation for it but never received it. I called the front desk the day we arrived and she said she’d call me back and never did so I called again and was told we can’t have one for the night that we get it for the next night then never heard from anyone again. Pretty frustrating especially for the lack of communication. Outside of that, the hotel and staff were great.
