Hot tub not warm enough bedroom could do with a makeover.staff all very excellent.

We came overnight for our anniversary and had a lovely meal. Our room was upgraded and we were told that it had been recently refurbished but the bathroom grouting was already discloured. Nice comfortable bed, lovely staff and a wonderful view from the restaurant. Didn't try the spa. Would come again.

Free parking friendly staff nice room nice breakfast the electric heater In the bathroom wasn't working and the gas heating in the bedroom wasn't working was cold!

Breakfast was very busy - chaso in fact for both mornings - never had our room cleaned either

the pool and sauna were amazing as well as room service!

Was bugs lots of bugs in the room. Even on the bed. We had to wake up in the night because of moth bugs . We had to keep our clothes into suitcases because of moths. Very disappointed for a hotel room to have lots of moths bugs and dirty beds . Definitely we will not stay again . Really disappointed. They should hire more people with experience to clean those rooms. The staff was friendly but to young around 18 years old with no experience. As a business they need more experience people to do the job done not leave on the hands of kids. Very disappointed regarding cleanliness

Enjoyed stay staff very happy and helpful

The hotel was situated in a wonderful position. A family bedroom for 3 was excellent even though it stated maximum of 3 you could have had 4 people in the room(I suppose fire restraints) Staff could not be more helpful and the breakfast the next morning you could not fault the variety on the hot and cold selection. The only blip is that the fixtures need to be checked more intently as the stem of our shower attachment came out of the wall and we needed to push it in to continue

Rather surprised that the room wasn't cleaned / serviced for the three nights that I stayed. This is despite me displaying the 'Please Clean My Room' sign on the door handle on day two. Hotel itself is ok but some rooms are tired and carpet in halls a little threadbare. They also need to get rid of the shower curtains (not aware of any hotels that still use these)

My 3rd time at this hotel so I know there are better and cleaner rooms. I won’t come back as this room was dirty, dated and missing hand wash & body wash in the room. I was disappointed to be staying in a room adjacent to the smoking area, when I was with a child and it was summer so you’d want the windows open (well, one window was broken and the other let in the smell of smoke). Generally it was really dirty and our room wasn’t cleaned once. The pool wasn’t as nice as it has been. Sandy bottom and even stones! This was the 4th UK hotel I’d stayed in during August and the worst. The restaurant is nice and it’s a great location. I do think they could do better. Sorry.

Lovely location, Excellent buffet breakfasts with beautiful views from the dining room. Good Access to M27 for South coast.

We had a family room, the bed for my son wasn’t made up. I had called prior to visiting to have a cot in the room - additional to the bed and was promised the room was made up for 4. After speaking to the manager he offered to refund a £27 off the room, the room was £207, apparently this isn’t easy as I booked via hotels.com. Was meant to receive a call on the day of check out to advise how this will be processed, have I received a call? No. On check out, I was advised there was an extra charge for a child’s breakfast. First of all, I booked the room with a child (the baby obviously wouldn’t be eating at 3 months old), second we didn’t even bother with breakfast as we were told when checking in it will be busy as the hotel is full. Also a family room with no bath? My 3 year old doesn’t like showers and don’t even get me started on trying to bath the baby…

The staff were all amazing & polite helpful very professional & welcoming.
We enjoyed our stay for a 70th celebration. The food was great too what they put out for the celebration.

Only one issue was the soap in the dispensers in the room had to be removed as they had gone off & smelt when you used them. They sorted this out so we were happy with our stay & like I said all the staff were amazing. Thank you for looking after us all.
