There was a crack around the door that you could see into the hallway.
We liked everything about our stay
Didn't like that the pool was under construction and that wasn't told to us while making reservations

The check in girl asked for my card for a 100 dollar deposit, charged 574 on it and they will not return the money, the room only cost 409 after taxes for 3 nights, and the manager will not return calls

I’m a government contractor who travels every day for work and I’ve never been charged for a housekeeping fee until I stayed at this hotel me and my coworker are 40 years old and very clean people and they’re claiming that we left a trash bag full of trash in the room to scam us out of extra money. I’ve never had this happen and all the years I’ve been traveling.
I wasn’t able to stay because booking did not send the hotel my reservation
