Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijke en de locatie was super!

Cons:

- hygiene! Douche was vol met schimmels ziekmakend en de schoonmakers maakten de kamer niet goed schoon. Het bed verschonen ze niet noch de douche
- het bed was heel hard en niet comfortabel. Heb alleen last gehad van mijn rug.
- veel geluidsoverlast van andere mensen in het hotel. Heel gehorig

very good except for the trams
Cons:

A pity I didn't realize that the tram route was right outside the hotel and every few minutes from 6.00am until midnight a tram would noisely rumble past.

Очень хорошее месторасположение. Основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности.

Cons:

Ремонт очень старый с достаточно большим количеством временных деффектов. Завтрак однообразный. Тараканы бегают по номеру. Убирают ежедневно и хорошо, но в номерах есть моменты, которые уже не убирёшь. Фен был, но он не работал. В общем, отель давно требует "обновления".

Pros:

The location was great, close to many places for visiting. The staff is very friendly. Nice rooms.

Cons:

We stay on the 7th floor and the rooftop is up. All the guest for the rooftop is waiting elevator on the 7th floor and is so much noise. The spa is very disappointing and small, and the Turkish spa is not included in the price ( only if you bath yourself). And is very cold. The breakfast is also not good and poor.
