I was comfortable staff was nice and accommodating
Pros:

The room was okay not very clean bathroom wasn’t cleaned well but nice room with full kitchen

Cons:

This is my favorite place to stay when I need a mental break from reality.
Pros:

We stayed in a beautiful two barn two bath suite. It was spacious and had an oven. The staff is always so kind.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the kitchen was not stocked with pots and pans to cook with already, however, when we asked the staff for what we needed we got it delivered to our room in less than 10 mins. So even then, it still wasn’t a dislike. Our needs were met expeditiously.

Cons:

Under the bed was a USED CONDOM, a vibrator, several pills, plastic tubing, a deflated balloon, heavy dust, and a significant buildup of dirt and debris. It was obvious this area had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Finding items like these in a guest room was disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable.

Pros:

The room was clean and nice.

Cons:

Common areas were not clean and there was no hot water. They would not refund any portion of my rate because I booked with Booking. Com also. So if you want protection you have to book through the property directly according to their staff.

The place is a great value and very clean but really needs new front desk associate.
Pros:

The room was amazing. Everything was neat and clean.

Cons:

The front desk person was rude. Also check in was at 4 and we got there at 5. Our room was not ready she said it was going to be another 45 minutes. We had a concert to be at, at 6. She also was extremely rude to the two women in front of us that we didn’t know. So much so that it made us uncomfortable.

Pros:

I stay here FREQUENTLY! Rooms are always immaculate. Staff is always exceptionally polite. The price has gone up about $25 in the last 2 months but still a reasonable price for such a nice room.

Cons:

Norhing. Everything is always perfect!
