Der Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Bereits beim Check-in gab es eine unangenehme Situation: Die Dame an der Rezeption kommentierte mehrfach meinen Doppelnamen als „zu lang“, was unprofessionell und unangebracht war.

Das erste zugewiesene Zimmer war nicht gereinigt und völlig unaufgeräumt. Im zweiten Zimmer war die Badezimmertür verschmiert und es roch stark nach Kanalisation. Nach erneuter Beschwerde erhielt ich ein drittes Zimmer, das zumindest sauber war. Allerdings fehlten dort grundlegende Dinge wie Handseife und Duschgel, zudem war das Telefon defekt.

Am nächsten Tag bat ich um eine Rechnung und musste etwa 20 Minuten warten. Letztlich konnte diese nicht ausgedruckt werden, da die Druckerpatrone leer war. Auch ein Versand per E-Mail war laut Mitarbeiter nicht möglich, da angeblich das System nicht funktionierte.

Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel stark in die Jahre gekommen und schlecht gepflegt. Sichtbare Kabel und der allgemeine Zustand hinterlassen keinen guten Eindruck. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend, insbesondere die geringe Auswahl.

Insgesamt kein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Rezeptionistin nicht zuvorkommend, keine freundliche Begrüßung, Waschbecken im Zimmer verstopft, Heizung aus, Balkon (kostet zusätzlich) hat etwa 50 cm Tiefe, man kann grad drauf stehen, Bierdose und Plastik auf dem Balkon, Zimmerwechsel war nötig, keine Entschuldigung für unsere Umstände, beide Zimmer unsauber (Tisch und Boden), nur 1 statt 2 Kaffeeportionen, keine Telefonnummer zur Rezeption, kein W-Lan-Passwort. Man hat den Eindruck, niemand fühlt sich verantwortlich für das Wohlbefinden des Gastes. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

War für das erste Mal spannend 😊
Pros:

Der Bau ist schon sehr spannend - die Zimmer waren aber in einem externen Gebäude und eher gewöhnlich. Frühstücksbuffet war schön angerichtet und lecker. Es war ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Die Heizung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Der Fahrstuhl hatte technische Probleme. Bei der Buchung gab es offensichtlich eine Verwechslung, aber das konnte gelöst werden.

Pros:

Das Foyer war nett und entsprach den Bildern in dem alten Schlachthof.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ungemütlich und kalt, das Design absolut geschmacklos. Blick auf die Mülltonnen und die Slum- Hütten auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das Personal unfreundlich und gelangweilt.

Pros:

Rustige ligging.

Cons:

Receptie niet echt vriendelijk bij aankomst, kamer in ander gebouw en niet makkelijk te vinden.
Toiletbril was niet gereinigd, er gingen nog urine resten aan.
Lange haren op de lakens.
Parking wat moeilijker te vinden.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing stay. The trash cans in both the room and bathroom were overflowing, and the kettle was left half-full of water. Amenities like coffee and sugar were scattered messily, and the tissues in the bathroom had not been restocked. Since I checked in very late, I was only able to report these issues to the front desk at checkout the next morning. It was an extremely unsatisfactory experience.
