Great location, I love the fact that an old building has been refurbished in a hotel.

Below average cleanliness, service and upkeep in an isolated location, but relatively safe & modern.
Pros:

The hotel feels safe and secure and it is built in an old factory which is a very interesting design. There is also a large grocery store next to the hotel which is convenient. They give you free water and coffee in your rooms. The rooms also have modern equipment and a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The hotel was not deep cleaned and it is rough around the edges with trim broken on some of the appliances, there was a cigarette burn in the curtain, the room keys stopped working numerous times and need to go to the front desk to resolve. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and often were not manning the front desk. The fitness facilities were not well kept, the elevators were not working well and the location is not great - closest restaurants and transit stations were 20 minutes walk away.

Great Property, excellent service
Pros:

Very nice property in a restored building. Check-in was smooth, and Ali at the front desk was most warm and helpful. Breakfast is good, and dinner at Paul's restaurant was exceptionally good. Will definitely use it again.

Cons:

No air-conditioning !

la chambre était très bien grande

Cons:

Tiefgarage war so naja. Aufzug von Tiefgarage nach oben hat nicht funktioniert. Defekte Badezimmer Tür. Matratzen durch gelegen. Überall Netzwerk Kabel neu verlegt in den Fluren. Sachen gezahlt und wurde nicht vermerkt. Rezeption nicht am Aufzug Ausgang. Teppich ziemlich abgenutzt. Mini Bar Schrank Tür ausgeleiert.
