Bonne situation mais problème de ménage
Pros:

+ : tres bon petit déjeuné et personnel d'accueil prévenant et extrêmement gentil

Cons:

- : gros probleme de ménage : séché cheveux absolument écœurant, chambre moyennement propre, chambre tres tres bruyante sur la rue et rideaux cassés donc beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre. Lit bébé cassé dans la chambre/mal monté, nous avons du tout refaire et le matelas bébé etait absolument dégoutant.

Okay hotel in het mooie centrum van Lille
Pros:

Ik verblijf tientallen malen per jaar in hotels, voornamelijk zakelijk. Eigenlijk is het personeel in veruit de meeste hotels altijd wel vriendelijk, maar in dit hotel ging het een stapje verder. De receptionist liep na de check-in even met me mee naar mijn kamer (die vlakbij de receptie was) en ook de volgende ochtend aan het ontbijt waren de dames meer dan "gewoon vriendelijk". Ze gaven meer persoonlijke aandacht aan de gasten dan gebruikelijk en kwamen ook vragen of alles naar wens was. Bij het ontbijt! Overigens is dat ontbijt op zichzelf best okay qua keuze, maar niet super. Typisch Franse zaken als croissants, chocobroodjes, Franse kaasjes, vleeswaren en zoetigheid, aangevuld met de mogelijkheid een eitje te koken. De locatie van dit hotel is natuurlijk geweldig, precies in het mooie centrum van Lille.

Cons:

Het was even ingewikkeld met parkeren. Ik had een bericht gekregen van het hotel dat men werkte met de parkeergarage aan de overkant. Maar daar aangekomen werd mij verteld dat ik eerst naar het hotel moest om een formuliertje te halen en vervolgens pas kon parkeren. Betalen voor de parking doe je dan weer bij het hotel. Maar okay, ook goed gekomen.
