Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Dryden was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options. What truly made our stay outstanding was the exceptional customer service. A special thank you to Tousif, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and pleasant check-in. He was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about our comfort. I was sleeping on the sofa bed, and he personally helped me set it up and made sure everything was perfect. His kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made us feel truly valued. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel and a wonderful ambassador for IHG.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
