Public Promise to Help, Private Refusal to Resolve
Pros:

After my wife posted a review, the property publicly responded asking us to contact them so the issue could be resolved. We followed their instructions and reached out.

What happened next was disappointing.

We provided documentation and explained what occurred, including the condition of the room that made it impossible for us to stay. Despite this, Wyndham refused to issue a refund or offer fair compensation. Instead, we were told that our account was “changing,” which is not accurate.

The public response made it appear that the company was interested in resolving the issue. The private response showed otherwise.

It is concerning when a company uses public replies for appearance’s sake while dismissing legitimate complaints behind the scenes. That is not how customer concerns should be handled.

Between the unusable room and the lack of follow-through afterward, I cannot recommend this property or Wyndham.

Yuck
Pros:

We arrived and our reservation was wrong and were not acknowledged as members. We got into our room and it smelled like urine. The floors felt very dirty. We stayed because it was only a night however when we woke up there where ants crawling on the nightstand and bed. We packed and left. Won't stay here again

Friendly and safe environment
Pros:

The waterfront view and the breakfast was amazing. The spa and pool were open 24 hours.

Too noisy
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast. I was scheduled for a surgery.

Cons:

It would be nice if 50% of the rooms would have a recliner in them.
Also the noise level was terrible. The people above us took a shower at 1:30 am and was walking VERY heavy for the next 3 - 4 hours, then it sounded like someone was swimming in the bathroom. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep.

Average accommodations and comfort for the price point.
Pros:

Staff was very kind, but the process was slow to check in and I waited for 10 min before anyone came to reception.

Cons:

The price was high for the “quality” of the Inn and room. The pool felt and looked dirty but my daughter really wanted to swim. It needs to have the water changed more frequently and have better filtration.

The room was spacious. The view from the windows were wonderful. The location was a few steps from Pre's Trail.
