The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Melani at the front desk is a rock star! As well as the lady that works late nights at the front desk. They actually made my stay a pleasant one. Will be back for sure.!
Great place, free breakfast, clean, nice decor, great staff, pool, hot tub, exercise room with equipment.
I have stayed at this hotel many times but, will never stay again . One of the employees there was very rude , lots problems and asked for manager and he said, I could email issue and he was acting manager . Do not stay here and the desk is not available most of time . Stay at the best western I just did and give it 5 stars and they care .
The front desk agent was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. Room "319" was spacious, overlooking the Willamette River, clean and bedding very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Room amenities included a good size flat TV, nice refrigerator, coffee maker and supplies. The price included good breakfast with waffle machine, yogurt, muffins, bagels, apple and orange juice, scrambled eggs, links, biscuits, etc. and their coffee was great! We had to call room service for a bathtub mat and the service was very prompt. Hotel is nicely located in central wooded area within easy car ride to venues and restaurants like Pastini (Italian), El Nopalito (Mexican). We will definitely stay there again!
I’ll start with the most modern feature of our stay: multiple QR codes posted around the room so you can tip housekeeping digitally. Nothing says “welcome” quite like being prompted to tip before you’ve even checked the bathroom. Bold strategy.
We arrived late and went straight to bed, no issues there. The adventure began the next morning.
I stepped into the shower and quickly realized I was also stepping into what could best be described as a shallow indoor pond. Two to three inches of standing water that simply refused to drain. We improvised: Phase One shower for everything above the ankles, Phase Two shower strictly for decontaminating feet after standing in what I can only hope was just yesterday’s guests.
Next up: washcloths. Both featured charming brown stains. That was a firm no. We pivoted to hand towels and a bar of soap like we were camping in 1994.
Then came the bonus discovery: crusty Q-tips under the desk. Not hidden. Not subtle. Just… there. At that point, the cleanliness situation felt less like an oversight and more like a theme.
Here’s the thing. There is simply no way that shower was cleaned with that much standing water in it. There is no way the floor was vacuumed if debris like that was still hanging out under the desk. Cleanliness isn’t a “nice to have” in hospitality. It’s the baseline.
At checkout, I was offered a coupon for a future stay. I appreciate the gesture, but I think I’ll pass. The only tip I’m leaving is this: start with actually cleaning the room.

Rude and lots problems with stay
We booked the hotel based on the pictures. We wanted a kitchen to be able to cook food for our athletes during a weekend tournament.
When we arrived, we discovered that contrary to claims on the website, the kitchens were haphazardly stocked. We did not have silverware. Another room had lids, but no pots. One parent was unable to confirm if her room even had a stove, since they are apparently remodeling to remove the stoves and they don't keep track of which rooms have them. Is this information anywhere in the booking details? No.
The dishwasher had not been run so when we arrived at dinnertime, we had no clean dishes. We were given one dishwasher detergent packet for our four day stay. No dish soap, no sponge.
There were two washing machines and two dryers. One of the washing machines was full of water and stayed that way for our entire stay. When we reported it to the desk, the guy behind the counter said maintenance was "not here". One of the dryers was also out of service. There were several teams staying in the hotel. Not a great uniform washing situation.
If you just need a bed and a little extra space, by all means, book it up. But if you need a kitchen, laundry or polite staff, this is not your place.
All better than anticipated
After my wife posted a review, the property publicly responded asking us to contact them so the issue could be resolved. We followed their instructions and reached out.
What happened next was disappointing.
We provided documentation and explained what occurred, including the condition of the room that made it impossible for us to stay. Despite this, Wyndham refused to issue a refund or offer fair compensation. Instead, we were told that our account was “changing,” which is not accurate.
The public response made it appear that the company was interested in resolving the issue. The private response showed otherwise.
It is concerning when a company uses public replies for appearance’s sake while dismissing legitimate complaints behind the scenes. That is not how customer concerns should be handled.
Between the unusable room and the lack of follow-through afterward, I cannot recommend this property or Wyndham.
We arrived and our reservation was wrong and were not acknowledged as members. We got into our room and it smelled like urine. The floors felt very dirty. We stayed because it was only a night however when we woke up there where ants crawling on the nightstand and bed. We packed and left. Won't stay here again
The waterfront view and the breakfast was amazing. The spa and pool were open 24 hours.
