Pros:

Beds were comfortable, and the hotel location and view

Cons:

The George was broken.
The hook in the bathroom fell apart.
The condition of the hotel in general is run down.

Did the job but wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice

Cons:

The photographs were creatively taken to look nicer than the location was. The hotel backs up to a car lot and a cyclone fenced park with many homeless. The rooms were very basic and the bedding was bare bones.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel worked great with our 2 kids, with a beautiful park across the street, pool, and free breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, mainly for the location next to the park.
Pros:

The location was excellent and I spent quite a bit of time walking in the nearby park.
The coffee was very good in the breakfast area and lobby. That's important.
I also loved that the windows open in the room so I could get fresh air and hear the birdsong.
The bed was very comfortable and having a desk that was also comfortable made working easy.
The internet was a little slow, but it worked fine.
The accessible shower was terrific.
I didn't bring my dog, but I saw that it is dog-friendly, so next time maybe I will.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have lotion for the bathroom/shower items, but honestly, I brought my own, so no big deal.
For breakfast, I asked if the scrambled eggs were dairy-free, and they couldn't tell me. It would be nice to know more about the ingredients, or how to find out, especially since I have allergies and sensitivities.
