The staff at restaurant was friendly and nice

The location was great

Cons:

I stayed at your hotel for three nights, but my room was cleaned only once. Despite repeatedly requesting housekeeping, my room was not cleaned during the first two days of my stay.

Additionally, my children were unable to enjoy the pool because a large group of children was making excessive noise, running around, and occupying the pool for over five hours. There was virtually no opportunity for my children to use the pool comfortably. I raised this issue with both the manager and the front desk multiple times, but no effective action was taken to address the situation.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of housekeeping service and the lack of management response to the pool situation. These issues significantly affected our stay and fell well below my expectations.

I would appreciate a response from management explaining how these issues occurred and what compensation you can offer for this disappointing experience.

The hotel is at a nice location but it needs to be renovated and repaired.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The room was runned down and not taken care of. The ceiling is peeling off, the bathroom was not stocked up with shower gel, the tiles and tub had rust. The bathroom sink had a leak. The outside of the hotel is beautiful but the inside needs a lot of renovations. The pool was dirty and had black patches of dirt or something else on the corners of the bottom.

Location was amazing

Cons:

In our room the air conditioner wasn’t working and they couldn’t accommodate us in another one so around 10 pm we have to go and find another place to stay! But at least they gave me my money back

Good location, big room, comfy bed

Cons:

WC did not flush, maintenance fixed but still didn't work.
Can be noisy at weekends as there's a late bar nextdoor.
