It was fine, the rooms and toilets are clean which was a positive

Staff, not good customer service. We left a bag and called asking if they can check for us at the lobby and was told so many people there and if we want we can come back and check. We were like 50 miles away

Great Stay
Pros:

Been here 3 times over 30 years and doesn't disappoint. Away from the hustle of Sorrento but courtesy bus amazing. Lovely room with balcony and great maid service. Food lovely and lots of variety. Bonus of wonderful dining room staff. They made the stay really memorable. Lovely grounds and pool with great bar service and nothing too much trouble for the receptionists. Croce e delizia
Pros:

Impossibile non notare la cordialità del personale sia del bar che della reception (tranne quella del check-out di cui non ricordo il nome). Ottima posizione, bagno spazioso e letto comodo.

Cons:

Trovo che la mancanza di un mini frigo all’interno della camera sia grave, soprattutto in estate e con queste temperature. Devo avere la possibilità di scegliere se usufruirne con il ricarico del caso o semplicemente mettere in fresco bevande acquistate al di fuori. Si, è vero, erano presenti i distributori ma l’acqua naturale era terminata. La “ragazza” al check-out non mi ha neanche chiesto se fosse andato tutto bene, altra grave mancanza e mi permetto di parlare perché lavoro nel settore da diversi anni.
