Serviceable. Thank you very much.
Pros:

The windows in the toilet and main room were open when I checked in. There were no insect screens too.
While the late check out was not available during my visit. Ordinary Check out was thankfully already very late. Option to stow luggage for the day after check out was great.

Pleasant staff.
Attractive layout -- rooms and courtyards

Cons:

At first they couldn't get a card-key that worked on my door.
My room was a long way from the reception and at night the lighting between the reception and my room was very dim, making the walk precarious.
When I ordered room service, although only a sandwich, it took a long time to come, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong sandwich, but I accepted it rather than reorder.
