Highly recommended to stay at this hotel in the downtown area walking distance from many attractions.
Price is right and service is perfect.

Comfortable chain hotel. The premium room was spacious and comfortable with a nice street view from the 6th floor. Front desk staff were helpful. Excellent location.

Well situated hotel for lots of tourist sites and brilliant for exploring Puerto Madera, the ecological reserve and the Rio Plato.
A few gripes with design and staffing but service was generally good, especially Jimena in La Sagrada bar. She is an asset to the hotel - friendly, good at her job, patient and kind, even with - as we witnessed - difficult customers.
It takes a really strong person to walk away upset, take a few breaths and return with a smile on their face. The world needs more Jimenas! We hope the hotel appreciates her as much as we did in our 4 night stay.

A modern hotel within an old building, just a short distance from the main tourist areas.
Pleasant bar area, and lounge area.
Reason for just 3 stars is that the bedrooms have limited space for suitcases etc. There is nowhere to put larger cases, especially if you have more than one.
Also, on arrival no porter to help with cases, and there are steps up to the front entrance, although afterwards we discovered a side door.
No towel rail by the sink, so hand towels stay damp!
Rooms facing the main room are a little noisy.

The room was extremely hot and the air conditioner did not work. I checked in on Monday and reported the issue to the front desk every single day, but nothing was done to fix it. It wasn’t until my last day — when I was already set to leave — that they finally offered to move me to another room.

The location is good, but the service and overall experience were very disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

Excellent situ for many sights ans restaurants. Service was excellent, all staff very helpful and friendly. Must point out how Emmanuel on reception sorted out a problem with cab company for us.

Spectacular classy hotel in the middle of it all, close to all salient points of BA. Very nice and friendly staff. Room was spacious, modern and classy. Breakfast was impeccable. Muchas gracias

The location is really strategic. Just next to the train station and city center. The food is good and the breakfast has a variety for different tastes.
