Nice but noisey rooms, bad staff. All in all: heavily overpriced for what you get.
Pros:

Rooms were really nice, and location is good

Cons:

Rooms are super noisy (you can hear guest talk next door) and staff at the reception is pretty snobby.

I would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast Buffet was fine. I liked it that they fried me some eggs in the morning. The room was relatively quite. I was most appreciative that they allowed me to go ahead and check in early after a long overnight flight. That was a big PLUS!

Cons:

Just a note to the elderly. There is a very steep set of stairs to navigate to enter the premises. Fortunately, I had some help checking in. When I checked out, they allowed me to exit through the restaurant which is at street level.

Gosto do hotel mas desta vez a experiência foi ruim
Pros:

Gosto do hotel. Já fiquei algumas vezes. Café da manhã bom. Hotel moderno

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava bem.
O quarto era muito pequeno.
Por estar no primeiro andar se escuta muito o barulho do metro que passa embaixo do hotel
As pessoas da recepção e do café da manhã estavam pouco simpáticas

gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und man befindet sich unweit vieler Attraktionen der Hauptstadt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell. Alle Fragen wurden prompt geklärt.
Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und geräumig. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Obwohl wir Online eingecheckt hatten, mussten wir lange warten, um die Schlüsselkarte zu bekommen, da nur 1 Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war. Leider haben wir auch nicht das Zimmer in der 6. Etage bekommen, das wir online ausgewählt hatten. Als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde uns allerdings ein neues Zimmer auf der 7.Etage angeboten, das in Ordnung war.

A very short stay.
Pros:

Through no fault of the hotel, we only spent 14 hours here out of a booked 3 nights. We arrived mid evening. From the photographs you can see there are steep steps up to the lobby. These can be a problem if you are not directed to a side door round the corner. We weren't on arrival but were on departure. Once in the lobby, there is a lift to all floors. Overall the decor is dark both in the rooms & in the corridors. Rooms & bathrooms are of a decent size & layout. The restaurant is in the lobby, open until 10pm. Service was slow but we did get an edible meal. It was very quiet. Breakfast was also served here. Again, adequate but not outstanding. I can't comment on location as we did not have anytime to explore.

Great hotel
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms clean and comfortable. Kettle and coffee machine in room, with small selection of coffee pods and tea bags etc. More can be obtained from reception.
Buffet (continental) breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice. Omelette made to order.
Good location for many attractions.
Overall, very happy with our stay.

Nightmare Hotel.
Pros:

We have never stayed in such an appalling Hotel. Room was dark and dingy, toilet seat broken, Shower screen glass was all chipped and dangerous, Shower over bath, not good at all for people like me with restricted mobility. Asked to be moved but told only room was exactly same, fancy having two rooms with broken toilet seats etc. Next day, due to Lightening strike by Municipal workers we asked if we could check out late. Receptionist didn't realise we understood Spanish, one said we could stay until 5.00pm, other said no kick them out at 2,00pm. On arrival, you are faces with steps resembling the North Face of the Eiger, receptionist stood outside smoking so you have to enter through a fog of Nicotine. Apparently I agent requested this room, supposedly a superior room, well I guess it was superior to sleeping on the streets.

PERFECT STAY AT BA CITY CENTER
Pros:

Highly recommended to stay at this hotel in the downtown area walking distance from many attractions.
Price is right and service is perfect.

Excellent location, good hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable chain hotel. The premium room was spacious and comfortable with a nice street view from the 6th floor. Front desk staff were helpful. Excellent location.
