Ubicación y edificio. También el personal muy atento
We booked our stay through the Amex Hotel Collection, and I was pleased to see the hotel perfectly honor our perks, offering early check-in, providing late checkout, a welcome fruit plate, and an upgrade to a corner room. The staff were incredibly friendly and we had great chats throughout our stay. The location is super central downtown, just steps from Puerto Madero and right next to public transit, making it easy to get around. Our room was a decent size with decent Wi-Fi speeds and a good desk setup for working. While the room's ambiance was a bit on the dark side and the soft memory foam bed isn't my personal favorite, I still got a good night's rest. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring an excellent rainfall shower with great pressure. The property also has a very small gym on the ground floor with three cardio machines and some free weights, which was sufficient for a quick workout.
However, there were a few rough edges that kept the experience from quite hitting the 4-star mark. The inconveniences started at arrival, as you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs with no help just to reach the tiny, two-counter lobby. Service execution was our biggest issue, particularly the completely unresponsive mobile concierge and room service portal. It took four separate requests and a day and a half to get a second pair of slippers that should have been provided for a two-guest reservation from the start, never got my second robe that we request. We also used some of our Amex property credit for their breakfast buffet, but it was very basic. If I was paying for it out of pocket, the 32,000 ARS per person would be much better spent at one of the many local eateries in the neighborhood. Ultimately, none of these issues were dealbreakers. The friendly staff and fantastic location made up for the minor inconveniences, but be prepared to follow up on your requests if you need anything during your stay.
We had an amazing four nights at NH Collection Jousten. The room was clean with comfortable beds. It's centrally located. We especially loved the staff. A big thanks to Thomas and others at the front desk for taking care of us! -Juliana and Marla from Los Angeles
Très bien situé, accès facile pour visiter le centre historique, nous avons tout fait à pied

Realy good drinks! Very special atention!
Staff was great!
First of all, I want to recognize the value of your staff. Very considerate and attentive to assist to the level of their capabilities. But, I must say that during my stay, I could not sleep comfortably at all. The room temperature was too high to be able to fall asleep (>26 Celcius). I shared my concern several times, despite the willingness to support by your staff, it was impossible to get a solution from the maintenance manager. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel to the colleagues visiting Buenos Aires, linked to an important project in the Country in the near future.
La primera estadía tuve un cuarto bueno
La segunda y tercera estadía el cuarto fue de menor calidad.
