La reserva decía explícitamente 1 cama grande y me asignaron cama twin de 1 metro, lo cual no me permitió descansar bien. Le solicité al personal del front desk que me la cambiaran, pero no me colaboraron,

Algunos sonidos de los cuartos adyacentes ya que nos tocó una habitación que tenía una puerta interior que comunicaba con otra habitación .

Cons:

La persona de la recepción me confirmó antes de realizar el pago que había una cama doble, por lo que avanzo y lo realizo.
Una vez que llego a la habitación veo que hay dos camas y regreso a reclamar, pidiendo el cambio de habitación o el reintegro de la reserva. Se negaron a hacer ambas por lo que me tuve que hospedar igual para no perder el dinero.
En síntesis, no se hicieron cargo del error que cometió el propio personal del hotel.
