El precio de algunos items. desconfían exageradamente de la buena fe del huésped
A localização é o ponto forte do hotel.
Os quartos são bem pequenos e a lixeira do banheiro, minúscula. O café da manhã é bem simples, sem nenhuma opção para intolerantes à lactose (como leite vegetal, iogurte zero lactose). Abre um pouco tarde (às 7h), e fica um monte de gente no hall esperando abrir. Quando abre, é aquela fila…
O restaurante do hotel também não tem muitas opções de refeição.
A recepção está qse sempre sem funcionários, e não há como chamá-los (e o pior é que estou hospedada novamente nesse hotel)

La ubicación, la comida, el personal. Todo maravilloso.

la cama y almohadas muy cómodas, excelente y sencillo uso de la app. todas las cortesías que vendan incluidas o que se ofrecían fueron muy utiles, rápidas y de fácil acceso, nos sentimos muy cómodos y atendidos en ese aspecto
sentimos que habia cosas que faltaron explicar, por ejemplo que la llave de entrada se usa para activar las luces, decirnos el wifi y el teléfono de recepción o room services, estaban escritos en otros lados pero si uno va distraído no lo ve y en lo personal no nos gusta molestar a quienes trabajan si ya tienen un sistema. ademas en la noche la habitación se volvía muy calurosa
Todo muy bien: la ubicación, el servicio, el personal. El desayuno bueno, salvo el día sábado que fue muy básico, los demás días tenía mas variedad de comida.
La habitación, si bien es acogedora y muy limpia, sólo tenía perchero y apenas un estante, lo que si vas por mas días y llevas mas ropa, es muy poco espacio, por lo demás todo muy bien.

el desayuno ha sido espectacular, y el detalle cuando uno llega de esa jarra con limonada, y unos caramelos ha estado muy bien, en nuestro caso veniamos de un viaje largo en auto.
nada se me ocurre
todo impecable, personal amable, muy muy limpio, muy buena ubicación (cerca terminal buquebus en el microcentro). Lo que noté fue que desde la habitación 109 se escuchaba clarísimo lo de la habitación de al lado. Fuera de eso, nada mas.

The lobby was nice and clean, the room was tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The twin bed was the best amenity.
The breakfast wasn't great. The eggs were very soupy. The room was very basic, no frills, no iron or ironing board, no water, nothing in the mini bar refrigerator to purchase, the bathroom smelled like urine due to the bidet, had to wipe down both the bidet and toilet with cleaning wipes I brought to get the urine smell removed, the bathroom door had to be closed to sit on the toilet, the shower is not fully enclosed so water goes all over the bathroom floor, so extra towels are required, the hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner does not pump easily and the phone in thr room was just there for looks as it had no internal components. The room was very small, no where to put the luggage except on the 2nd twin bed.

A porta nao fechava, os adaptadores de celular não encaixavam direito e uma noite ficamos sem luz ao conectar o carregador, pela manhã avisei e rapidamente trocaram a tomada e a luz voltou. A TV estava com pilha fraca .
