While trying to update, patching and lack of cleaning detours from stay.
Pros:

Cons:

Price was exceptionally off.
Roomrate too high. Pool closed. Unaware before arrival. Piles of open new tile in parking lot for construction. ( help yourself!)
Floors were missing ice machines- lovely check in lady, needs more training.
Room- paint updates were sloppy on the door
Room looked good except two types of tile. Bathroom tile and grout is extremely dirty.
Shower could be nice, but floor was dirty and shower doors and seals are not clean.

Overall it was fine, & staff very helpful & nice. Put our rooms close to other family members.
Pros:

Bfast was a bit over-rated, think should stay ooen 1 hour longer every day. Don't eat that early every day. Was nothing to put on hard boiled eggs. Good yogurt & coffee/tea machine. Was good to have bfast available, was convenient.

Cons:

Refrigerator froze goods unless on bottom shelf. Hand soap dispensers in bathroom needed to be closer to sink. .

Was not happy at all
Pros:

Book2 rooms 1 with 2 beds and they didn’t give us the correct room. They gave me 1 with a sofa bed wich was very uncomfortable, the room smell like mold.

The room was not to clean it smell like mold and the bathroom look dirty

Your worker at the front desk on Saturday called me a mother fucked because she said our kids were being loud at 8 pm and laughing in the hallway. I asked her what time the quiet began and she said it didn’t matter. I said well it’s 10 I saw it and we will deal with them if the issues continue and she demanded we do it now. Told her I didn’t like her attitude and would be calling corporate so she called the cops on me for not being cooperative m.

Decent.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean and comfortable

Cons:

The pool was closed without any acknowledgment.For the guests specifically paid extra for that hotel instead of a cheaper hotel.Because we needed a pool and never got to swim.The pool was closed the whole time.Also, the breakfast was not cooked fully.The potatoes were cold and not done all the way.Through same with the sausage, it was pink
