Area not the best. About 30 mins walk from the city centre. Underground parking was handy but it was full of building materials and a bit strange. Aircon went off half way through the night and it was stuffy and warm in the room….. couldn’t sleep because of this. The worst point was how hard the beds were……. AWFUL nights sleep

Arriving at the hotel, I can see that the neighborhood where the hotel is situated is NOT SAFE.

The parking is somewhere behind the hotel in the exterior, but also underground. Underground can be only if you dare to enter with your car in a very, very narrow space. In fact, the narrow space is also for the one outside the hotel in the exterior. Don’t come with large cars.

The day when I arrived at the hotel, in the morning, I received a message from the hotel telling me that the restaurant is closed exceptionally and that they can offer some kind of food prepared by other employees withvery high prices compared to the local restaurants. It is strange that they informed me so late mainly because this information was already in the hotel’s elevator saying that all Saturdays and Sundays the restaurant of the hotel is closed. Why they did not inform me in advance? Just in order not to cancel my reservation?

The hotel and the rooms are clean.

The stuff is nice.

The rooms are extremely minimalistic even more minimalistic than the ones you can find in the northern countries hotels.

Having a walk in the city entrée, I can find that still the Neighbourhood is not safe at all. You need a 30 minutes walk to the city center.

During the night, it is cold in the room. The explanation of the hotel is that they decided based on their needs for the carbon print to limit the heating in the room at 22° in the whole Accor network. This is something new for me and that I cannot accept to limit client’s confort in the hotel .

This is a reason for me not to come back in this hotel or in the whole network in the nearest future at least till they will understand that client comes first not cost reduction.

The breakfast is not so wonderful as you can see in some reviews. In fact it’s only cold food, nothing cooked, not even scrambled eggs or other cooked food. It is once again cost reduction feeling based on clients comfort and well-being without any reason.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

L’accueil, l’emplacement, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

La poste télé est vraiment en fin de vie (ch.512). On voulait regarder un petit peu le soir au coucher, mais impossible. Trop mauvais 🙁
