Bello reception e sala soggiorno e bar.
La struttura è molto carente di manutenzione. Dopo la doccia il bagno era completamente allagato problema non risolto nemmeno il giorno successivo. Stanza piccola. Rapporto qualità prezzo negativo rispetto ad altri 4 stelle frequentati nel nostro tour.

La piscina estuvo muy bien
Teníamos dos habitaciones, la 120 era amplia y cómoda. Pero la 113 era pequeña y sucia. La TV ridícula… pequeñísima!!Aparecieron dos cucarachas una de ellas enorme!! Solo estuvimos una noche, cuando fuimos a realizar el check out, la recepcionista solo estaba preocupada por cóbranos una habitación que ya estaba pagada. No nos quería entender. Muy poco agradable… Le comentamos el incidente, le enseñamos las fotos de los bichos y: puso cara de asco y nos ignoró. Muy desagradable . No volveremos!!!
Colazione eccellente e varia. Accurata la preparazione del buffet; apprezzatissimi i dolci tipici siciliani. L’intero personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo e premuroso durante tutto il soggiorno.

Super comfy bed with plenty of space in the room. Pool was terrific and hotel ideally situated.
Air conditioning was not properly explained in terms of how to operate. No menu in room so while the hotel advertised room service the only place to view a menu was at reception - kind of defeating the purpose. Staff were so-so. Breakfast offered a great range of food but the “hot” selection (bacon/egg/sausage) wasn’t even lukewarm.

Lorenzo el recepcionista fue sumamente amable, un gran profesional.
El hotel es un remanso de paz. La piscina es un plus maravilloso y el desayuno perfecto.
La ubicación no es demasiado buena si no vas con coche, y cerca no hay restaurantes (está el centro a unos 15 minutos andando y son cuestas, no plano).
La habitación estaba muy limpia y buenas instalaciones.
