Not comfortable but the staff was friendly.
Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Tiny rooms, uncomfortable beds, breakfast is really not good at all, very noisy, you can hear people in other rooms playing loud music, people running, yelling.

Spacious clean room

Cons:

They had a flood in their normal breakfast area. So they used a banquet room and had makeshift breakfast options. Wasn’t bad, but selection was just okay.

Good accommodation, poor breakfast

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. All cold foods. The only protein was cold boiled eggs, shelled and in ice water. Very unappetizing. Coffee was cold, though the attendant said it was just made. Other selections were cereal, muffins, toast. We left without eating.

Ask for a 3rd floor
Pros:

Staff was amazing!!

But even booking through a third party booking the need $100 deposit to stay they vould not waive the fee. So make sure you have an extra $100 to book at this hotel. The room was left with no soap a broken dispenser and the hotel floors must be paper thin cause I had a first floor room and heard the ppl above us come back in at 11 and must of had a dog or child cause it ran till 4 am then was back up by 830. So I had only got a few hours of sleep and had a 4 he drive the next morning. And spoke with the front desk she offered another night stay for a smaller room on the third floor for discounted price at $108.00+ $100.00 deposite vs the $142.00 + $100.00 deposit we paid which was very gracious unfortunately I had a business engagement in another town that hendered me from accepting her offer but she was great she did she did sign me up for the best western points thing and was getting me a few points to offset the stay. And there was no hot ready made breakfast there was hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, microwave refrigerated jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, some eggo waffles, some bread toast and some muffin things so it wasn't a bad breakfast just nothing hot and ready and more just grab and go style breakfast.

So, unfortunately I would say I am not sure if I will return at this point and my rating would be an over all stay maybe a overall a firm 3. But if you want rest and some shut eye ask for a 3rd floor room.

I would put family up at this hotel. Which for me is the best compliment.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It says breakfast is included. What you get is a $5 coupon and it doesn't actually cover a breakfast. It would be better to be honest and say that.
