Good if you just need to sleep somewhere for a night or two.
Pros:

The best part of it was the brand new water fountain, and the place is close to highways and gas stations.
The staff was very friendly and helpful - it made it way more enjoyable to stay there.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't something I would wake up for no matter your diet. The laundry machine was there, but I wasn't sure it was clean enough to use it. The single bed room is extremely small, maybe good for a one night stay.
There were no mats or cleaning supplies at the gym, but it had a very basic elliptical, treadmill, and weights.

Good older property, nice price for a nights rest while traveling.
Pros:

Nice property for the price. Decent breakfast, comfortable bed. Bathroom had excess handicap equipment if someone needed it.

Good location, but fair staying quality
Pros:

The hotel is located right by a highway exit with easy access to a main road. Because the intersection has a traffic light, it is very easy and safe to pull out and travel to other areas, even during peak traffic times. I also prefer the hard flooring over carpet, and having a microwave and fridge in the room was highly convenient.

Cons:

The cleaning standards need improvement, as we found hairs on the chair and bathtub. Additionally, the ceiling light operates on a motion sensor, causing the light to turn off when taking a shower with the shower curtain pulled. Finally, the air conditioning was turned off when we arrived, making the room stuffy and unwelcoming when we first entered, especially in the summer time.

Room looked recently updated.

Cons:

The outside environment was really neglected. Overgrown gross and weeds everywhere. Dumpster and trash piles in the parking lot. Blood on elevator buttons. Rooms were updated but really poorly done. Drywall screws put in everywhere to hold the shower rod together.
