Not good value, would not stay here again.
Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

No noise management for loud guest. We were on the first floor close to reception and had several bouts of loud guest and dogs barking from the hours of 10pm-4am. Breakfast was lacking, only had waffles, muffins and bagels.

I was not satisfied with hotel stay.
Pros:

I did not like the property.

Cons:

A complaint was made which resulted in my having to check out a day ever because I didn’t feel comfortable for my family to stay. It took two days for the manager to reach out because I was told he didn’t work on weekends, and instead of him calling me to apologize about the incident; I had to call him. Upon speaking to him he just told me he had already issued a refund for one day and it would be in my account in a couple of days. No apology or sympathy at all. Not to mention each time booking tried to contact hotel they wouldn’t respond. I never like to discredit a business but I would never recommend this place to anyone. I pray they learn some customer service and get pest control soon.

Terrible Everything..

The pool was DISGUSTING. No filtering and stagnant (we didn't get into it). One of the beds emitted an awful sound with every movement!! We didn't get hardly any sleep. The bathtub had no stopper plug for my child. The shower bar was broken and the shower curtain bunched up in the middle. I had to clean some nasty off of the floor. After 10 pm there was a constant knocking workout ceasing. Not too mention chipped and peeling paint in the bathroom. A missing ceiling panel in the hallway and a rickety elevator. The receptionist was on the phone the whole time. She broke for a moment to speak a few words to me, then went right back to her conversation. I highly discourage anyone from wasting over 100 dollars for this hotel...

Cons:

A/C didn’t work. My son Asked front desk for a fan, they didn’t have one.. had to purchase a fan. The lady at the front desk made a comment “these are the type of people you have to make sure pay the $100 despots.” Then said she was joking. The elevator was slow and shaky. There was a sign on the elevator saying no more than 4 people at a time. Definitely needs a lot of remodeling and repairs throughout the hotel. Even the elevator floor had a piece of wood covering what maybe was bad spots. Trash on the ground near the fence that separated the parking lot and the property next door. Small parking lot.

Worst I've seen

Not Clean or safe- we ended up cancelling out reservation from the not cleanliness and how bottom windows and doors did not lock. Been trying to reach owner on refund and send pictures of issues and no one has called back.

It was what it was for a night but won’t be returning.
Pros:

It wasn’t too far from the beach and attractions. Area wasn’t too bad. Staff were ok. Like the fact they had cameras throughout the halls for safety. Pool was decent.

Cons:

Sheets dirty. Pulled them back had stains and holes. Older hotel rooms. No chair at desk in the room for sitting. Didn’t smell that fresh but had my own supplies. Ran out of clean towels had to use pool towels. Breakfast line was so long decided not to eat. Get up early to get your food. Breakfast was only waffles, muffins, bagels, yogurt and cereal anyway. Expensive but only halfway decent place available for the distance. Improve cleanliness and would be bearable.

central area hotel clean and smooth stay
Pros:

I liked how clean everything was and how easy it was to check in and out. Additionally, my child left their ipad after we checked out and the staff was kind enough to find it and hold it for a few days.

Pros:

The air conditioning was quite loud, and the building could benefit from some maintenance and touch-up repairs. Overall, the property would be improved with better upkeep. Shoukat Bhai was very helpful.
