Very poor complementary breakfast. Don't count on it. The worse I have ever seen. Just bread, waffle, cereal, yogurt and banana

Horrible dirty gross!

Clean and repair the rooms! Mold everywhere! Extremely dirty toilet! GROSS!
Have rooms for handicap people on the first floor not pets. Very inconvenient for us disabled people.

Really couldn't wait to leave. Had to take sleep aids to sleep. Would not recommend.
Pros:

Price beats everything else in the area, but clearly for a reason. Staff were helpful enough, though inattentive upon my first approaching.

Cons:

Room was incredibly humid. The aircon couldn't rectify the level of humidity over 10 hours. No body wash available, only shampoo. Toilet clogged super easily. No plunger. Room was next to the lobby, and i woke up multiple times hearing loud guests. Sound deadening between rooms is poor. No free water.
