The location and pool size
Everytime we stay it’s in a room that’s so old and beat up. The latch to the room looked like someone tried to break in, the door to the bathroom was missing a hinge so it caught on the floor everytime. The pool and hot tub are the same temperature, which was cool, not cold and far from hot.
They could not find my Booking.com reservation. Although I have stayed at this property several times and they charged me anyway even though I didn’t stay there. The manager never called me back.

The breakfast 😋
Breakfast was over by 7am when I was told its was over at 9am
I booked at that property because my son had a football tournament over the weekend. We arrived on Friday check in was easy. I had to put a $50 deposit down which was disclosed before I got there. No problem we were booked until Sunday check out. unfortunately, Saturday evening I was admitted into the Midland Memorial Hospital to have emergency surgery, which was out of my control. I was unable to drive the seven hours back to home without having surgery.
I booked a room with two queen beds my daughter who is 20 son-in-law 21 and son who is 14 and myself we’re staying in the room. From my hospital room in pain I called the property to extend my stay until Monday because my sisters were driving into town so one of them could take the kids home on the seven hour trip. At this point, the property advised me that I had to rebook on Booking.com for the Sunday night and that I would not be charged another deposit as I had already paid the $50 deposit. I booked the room. I’m Booking.com called the property back. Let them know that we wanted to stay in the same room to 216 they said no problem. and my 20 year-old daughter went down to the desk and had the keys reactivated so we could check out Monday. Sunday night I let the kids order pizza and it was delivered to the lobby. My daughter and son-in-law went down and picked it up and went back to the room. Monday, my sisters were helping get the room cleared out and get the kids loaded up when the front desk manager went up to the room, made my children go down to the lobby. Accuse them of stealing somebody else’s order for pizza and not paying for the room. instead of the property calling me as the reservations were both booked and payed for by me they continued to call my kids liars and thieves. luckily another football mom was their checking out an managed to resolve the situation. after all that they did charge my card without authorization a second deposit. Terrible management, awful customer service and will not be booking with them in any state in future travels
It was cheap
It was supposed to be a non smoking facility but the third floor stunk of marijuana. It was so bad, we checked out and didn’t stay the second night we had paid for. We left at 11 pm instead of staying.

Outdated an there were only 2 towels for four of us very loud people slamming doors an sink was clogged
Didn't get our room till after midnight.
The the staff Came in to get our dirty towels while we were gone and didn't leave any in return. Had to wait 2 hrs for clean towels because they didn't have any.
It was Horrible experience. The staff was so Rude and unfriendly. The building had no hot water. I had to pay again at another hotel to be able to shower before my work meeting. Definitely will never stay there again. They lost a frequent customer

The lobby was very nice.
The hotel is outdated and the hallways are dark and dingy. The tv barely worked and was all fuzzy, fridge was hot, and the hot water was dangerously hot.
Brenda was rude and had no room service if your staying more then one day they won't come clean or bring u towels u have to clean your own rooms Jose tried his best and was greeting try be helpful while he was working he only work morning 😔 Ivon and Jose while they were there tried there best to bring clean sheets or towel and Jose made breakfast made sure all customers in the morning serving were satisfied
Brenda was talking badly bout customers in front them saying one the room at 3 we had was destroyed because we complaint or her saying she was going room to bring clean towels and trash she never came or never sent anyone but some kid that said only picking up sheet but never brought us back any and they all left for the day we had to get cleaning supplies trash bags and buy new towels they had already charged us for the 4 days and when we tried get a refund stay somewhere else on second day they said the were solely operated there was nobody to complain to but some staff don't stay at this hotel at all
