The breakfast is minimal and would like for bananas to be available. The location is fine.
Breakfast choices and more coffee.

No roaches or bed bugs that is a huge plus
Hot water with great water pressure
And AC that literally kept the whole room frozen like a freezer! Amazing!
I paid for a suite and was told that wasn’t available for me- due to them giving them all out and that some were broken and unrentable. I paid EXTRA MONEY for that and want a refund

Staff was nice and helpful
Staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, anything we needed, they were there. It was clean, they were doing a great job. Wifi was free. Location is great which is why we chose it. Didn't have to walk outside to get anywhere we needed at the facility besides the car. Air conditioning worked great.
No microwaves in rooms except suites. We were traveling with 2 kids and had to buy frozen foods from Walmart to microwave. Ended up going to the lobby to heat food. Elevator could've used some work as the floor was cracked and the buttons barely were visible.
Room was not ready at check in, I had to wait in the lobby for a room to become available and when they finally gave me the key, the room was not ready as I approached the room the door was open and when entering the room the beds had no sheets on them. Went down to the lobby to let them know and made me wait again to give me another room for the same thing to happen. Bed not made room not ready. I ended up canceling the reservation.
The hotel was run down, area/lication did kit feel safe. Not clean.
The facility is in need up some attention, but it is under new management and showed signs that new management is attending to those issues. The staff couldn't have been friendlier.

They didn't have soap. I paid for 2 queen size beds but I got to full size beds.

A/C was making a funny noise. Back door to hotel would not close.
All staff were very polite and professional but especially Luann’s at the night desk who had a customer repeatedly try to argue with her (wrongfully) about a credit card issue that the customer could not understand. She remained calm and polite simply kept referring the obstinate customer to her manager who would be in at 6 am.
The room was very clean and well stocked but there were issues with the bathroom including apparent vandalism damage to the wallpaper above the back of the commode, the hairdryer was not working due to a damaged cord, the shower was not draining properly and the bathroom fluorescent light took several minutes to come on
each time you turned it on.
The breakfast area was very clean, well stocked and well maintained.
The price was very reasonable and vey comparable to other similar hotels in the area.
My family and I definitely intend to use Wyndham Microhotels again.

The vibe was good and I was comfortable
I didn't like the tube was rusty the floor in bathroom was cracked in several places. When u flush the commode the bowl had a hole so water was shooting up..
The staff was Great..This was our 3rd stay with Microtel.Mrs Liz was our housekeeper & her rooms are always clean. She does a Great job. Mrs Tiffany & Mrs Tonya are great on front desk always helpful. All of the staff were great .
