La ubicación y las instalaciones de la habitación.

Cons:

El manejo del estacionamiento dado que cobraban por estacionar entre usd 20 y usd 25, más un extra de usd 30 por solicitar el automóvil, o sea, ocupar el vehículo. Lo que encuentro insólito, porque si uno arrienda un vehículo es para utilizarlo en una ciudad enorme. Además, hubo un día que hubo trabajos con taladros desde antes de las 08:00 hrs, despertando a todos los huéspedes. El WiFi lo cobraban, lo que me parece insólito en estos tiempos. Por otro lado, el Internet o señal propia no funcionaba en la habitación.

PROXOMITY TO EVERYTHING. THIRD STREET PROMENADE. DIN TAI FUNG, STARBUCKS. pool view, ocean ave close to Sta Monica beach. The staff was very good! In particular, the front desk lady was not only pleasing to the eye but was also extremely competent, compassionate, and accommodating. I like the energy of the area.

Cons:

ROOMS are relatively SMALL but the staff made up for it by providing us with a microwave and a refrigerator when we request the both. STREET NOISE (MOTORCYCLES and other sports cars revving their engines, more quite common! Other than this, there was not much to dislike.

We lived the vibes here, the bar had amazing drinks and we could walk anywhere!
Pros:

Beautiful location right near the pier and beach. Amazing views, comfortable rooms and the staff is wonderful.

Cons:

It gets a little noisy late night due to being in the midst of city vibes.
