Pros:

balcony with ocean view. new King bed. welcome champagne upon check-in. $10 credit for the bar if you pass on daily housekeeping. free bicycle renting.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

We had a great stay at Shore Hotel, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! It’s a really great location for walking around Santa Monica, to the pier and nearby shops and the food and drinks were great too. We also used the hotel as a base to do some sightseeing in LA as the tour buses will pick you up from the hotel and take you to see some of the famous sights of LA on a day tour with great suggestions from the concierge. Highly recommend.

Pros:

La ubicación es increíble. muy recomendable para quienes viajen a LA. pegado al mar, vista al mar y a 100 metros del muelle icónico de Santa Monica. por otro lado los precios del restorán son super razonables para un hotel de ese nivel.

Pros:

Shore hotel was a very convenient location with beautiful view of the pier & beach right across. Hotel staff was very friendly and polite. The room we booked had construction happening and it was very noisy. They were very king and accommodating and moved us to a much better room with a view. We enjoyed our welcome champagne upon arrival too.

Nice place to stay in Santa Monica for weekend or longer
Pros:

Great location to the pier. Has a very nice view of the ocean. Very close to the shops and restaurants near by. Decent sized room. Great food in the hotel restaurant. Offered us a $20 room credit if we forego housekeeping. Not a bad deal for just a 3 night stay.

Cons:

Small pool. Much smaller than it appears in photos. Also can be a little noisy at times due to proximity to the road. Otherwise a real great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Shore Hotel. I arrived very early, around 7 AM, and despite that, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me with an available room, which was actually an upgraded one. This was far from obvious and very much appreciated. They only charged a reasonable early check-in fee and did not ask for any additional payment for the upgrade itself. The service was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you for a great stay - highly recommended.

Pros:

Best reception I have encountered for a very long time! Felt very valued by Volkan Topcu at reception when checking into the Shore Hotel. Given welcome drinks and an upgrade - very pleasant surprise. Outstanding service - Volkan was very happy to assist to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Based on our experience - would highly recommend staying here. Great location and breakfast was super yum!

Cons:

When leaving the car parking area - clearer instructions would have been helpful. But that's minor really.
