Pros:

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. Location was great. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

We had to swap rooms as the TV didn’t work in the first room. Breakfast options were good value, the fruit was a bit tangy which was mentioned to staff.

Entrance and lift very outdated. Felt quite unsafe stepping into the lift as it sounded quite rickety. Whole building needs repainting and the windows need a thorough clean.

Don't stay here. It needs an overhaul

The bed was very comfortable. But the hotel 8s in bad repaironly

Cons:

Only serviced every 2 days. Water tool ages to down the sink. Very old crappy handiman fixed and not up to code or standard. No food on Sunday nights. Lift was very hard to get a wheelchair in and out off.

Incredibly disappointing
Pros:

Check in was simple, and there was a cot set up on arrival which was good.

Cons:

The place looked like it didnt get cleaned much, there were spider webs everywhere, the curtains were gross. In the bathroom, my husband had to fix the shower head as it wasn't screwed properly so water went everywhere. The paint in the shower is chipping and the TV didnt work like 2 channels at most.
At breakfast, there were no options for dairy-free, just cow milk, not even a single almond or soy.

We will not stay here again! The room was falling apart, old and not clean.

Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The curtains wouldn't close properly, and they were splattered with something. The desk was broken and wobbly. we have a tube feed child, we must travel with a full feeding set up which requires us to manage measuring liquids etc. We had to use the floor as this was the only stable area. and the floor was pretty gross in itself. The Hot water was ridiculous hot and definitely not to code. Unsafe for kids. The actual duvet was stained. The pool was also out of order and no one informed us of this. this was a big reason for booking this particular hotel. My older daughter is autistic and uses water therapy to regulate herself. We didnt no the pool was out of order until she was in her bathers and at the door ready to swim!
The staff attempted to assist with the poor room effort but were unable to accomodate any solution.

Good location & very comfortable & clean for my requirements
Pros:

Room was located in a very quiet area (as requested). The location of hotel was perfect for my appointment at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Also, hotel located in walking distance to RMH. The bed was very comfortable, as was the pillow I used.

Cons:

No room service for food. No microwave. Otherwise, all good.
